A birthday present from two years ago. We finally made it and well worth the wait? I'll say. Our guide, Pete, was very knowledgeable about the bikes and building them but also about casting, machining, tolerances and processes. He talked about Triumph with great enthusiasm, not just as an employee. We ran over time as he answered our questions and made sure we saw everything ; that we could see anyway. It's a great tour and one I would recommend. I would go again, there must be some fact I forgot. 5 stars all day. Thanks Pete.

Amazing experience with loads of information and fantastic bikes. A trip down Triumph’s history to the bikes of today is staggering. The staff were amazing throughout from the cafe to Dave, who lead the factory tour. Absolute legend of a guy with loads of humour and knowledge about the ins and outs of Triumph’s factory. Great lengthy tour too so be prepared to walk a fair bit. Pretty much a day out by the sheer amount of awesome bikes to check out. Highly recommend if you’re into bikes

A rare insight into the workings of a modern day motorbike factory, from watching a crankshaft being milled to a hand painted petrol tank and final production. You get to see a great deal of what goes on and with the help of our guide Danny, you understand a lot more too. There's also alot more to see in their dedicated and exclusive museum and if you're hungry, there's a great cafe as well. Also worth a mention is the large gift and clothes shop upstairs. This visitor experience also caters very well for the disabled. If you're a biker and even if you're not, I really recommend it.

The Triumph Factory Visitor experience is, no pun intended, a real triumph! Sorry, I couldn’t resist that. I can’t believe this place is free, I would happily pay to visit, it’s really great. Even if your not particularly into motorcycles it’s still very enjoyable. There is so much to see with a really wide variety of bikes including some famous ones from the movies. It’s all very well laid out and has lots of interesting information about all of the machines. You can even go and see the large warehouse factory where many of the bikes are built, really interesting. They also have a great gift shop and cafe which does some surprisingly excellent coffee and also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Had a brilliant day at the Triumph Visitor Experience today. If you love Triumph then you'll love this and if you generally like motorcycles then you'll really enjoy it. Our guide Pete was brilliant, unbelievable knowledge and a proper laugh 🤣 and generally all staff that we met were great, really helpful and friendly. I'd definitely head over and do it again.

Fantastic visit and tour. Our tour guide Pete was both very knowledgeable and good company. The narrative was pitched just right with sufficient technical detail to interest all but not too geeky or basic. As a bonus they give out half price vouchers for the National Motorcycle Museum at the end which is also a 5 star visit.

Been a couple of times, had a great evening there on Saturday for the unveiling on the 1st, 500,000th & millionth bike, really informative evening from people who are clearly passionate about what they do. Went back on Sunday for a factory tour, we have been on one previously, enjoyed it so much that we booked again and took our son. Enjoyed it every bit as much the second time around. Some fabulous (and famous) machines on display, a merchandise store and a great little cafe on site. Really worth booking. A great day out. We will return.

Absolutely fantastic experience today at the factory tour. Our guide, Dave was both funny and very informative on everything we saw. We went on a day where there are no workers in so we got to see everything without disturbing anyone which was great. The things you get to see are mind blowing, process of making things from scratch, 3d printing of parts, prototypes and so much more. My initial tour was cancelled but somehow I was able to fit in with another group later in the day thanks to Matt, who honestly goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. Not only did he fit me in to a different tour but after the tour chatted to me and my partner about my love for triumph and everything. I got a couple fantastic keepsakes from Matt too which I'll keep in my collection. Thank you so so much, this was an amazing birthday present just made even better by two of your members of staff. I will be back just as soon as I can. P.s photos can be taken in exhibition next to cafe but absolutely not on the factory tour. Please remember and respect that!

Into Triumph motorcycles? Then this is worth a visit. We went at the weekend when the production line and manufacturing were shut down, but still a great trip. Lots of facts and figures, our tour guide had Triumph in his blood, he led the tours because of his passion for bikes and Triumph not because it was simply his job. Big thumbs up.

Tho I do not own a triumph it was. A great tour and Danny did a great job of explaining and showing as much as he could. Tho production had not fully started again after the refit I'm sure any future tours will be great with things up and running again. There is a very well priced Café with plenty of seating and a nice shop up stairs too for the triumph enthusiast. I would recommend to anyone with a interest in the brand.

Beautiful Triumph Factory Friendly and helpful staff members in all departments. Cafe is very nice inside and has a good layout Triumph factory tour experience, which was led by Steve, who is such a nice guy and has been there for donkey years. I'm surprised he doesn't ride motorbikes, but he's good at his job. He is very informative on the tour. Highly recommend going.

Brilliant day out, the tour was excellent and informative. Staff really helpful. The exhibition rooms were interesting and full of very beautiful bikes but unfortunately they are a bit dark so l struggled to read the information

Amazing place! Really interesting exhibits with lots of information. Free to look round and a lovely cafe too. We visited on the afternoon with Danny John-Jules so that was a bonus. Lovely helpful caring staff too. Couldn't do enough to help, felt like a celebrity myself. 😊 Thankyou! Could of put more photos on but that would spoil it. Go and see for yourself! Well worth a visit!

A great day out and the perfect birthday present. Our tour guide of the factory Ady was so knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Was great to see how much effort goes into each bike. Will definitely be back again with family.

I booked the tour experience for my partner for Valentine's day, we have eventually got round to doing it. I have to say it was absolutely brilliant, being new to the biking world I was a bit unsure, but I loved the tour, and the exhibition. My partner is a seasoned biker so he thoroughly enjoyed it. Especially the sneak peeks into what is coming up from triumph. Would definitely recommend doing this.

Touring the Triumph factory was an absolute revelation into the craftsmanship behind these iconic motorcycles. Witnessing the meticulous process of bike creation, from design to assembly, was awe-inspiring. The factory tour not only highlighted the precision and innovation embedded in Triumph's manufacturing but also showcased a deep commitment to quality. Knowledgeable guides illuminated the intricate details of each bike, offering a profound understanding of the brand's legacy. A five-star journey through Triumph's factory, leaving me with a profound appreciation for the artistry and engineering excellence behind their motorcycles. I have forgotten the fella that ran the tour but it was at 11am on the 11/11 we did the 2 minute silence then we went in.

Great place to see the history of British motorcycles, and Triumph. The assemble only few models here and rest done in Asia. But it's nice to see the assembly lines still running in UK. I went in weekend and it was lot calmer with very few workers. The person explaining the whole process did a great job. There's also a nice cafe inside.

Fun place to go out if you like motorcycles. It’s worth it to check it out. Cool little details and some history. Shop is quite small. The food in the cafe is really good! Would definitely recommend the chocolate caramel cake.

Wonderful experience. Pete, our guide to the factory tour, was very knowledgeable, very warm and welcoming and humorous. The factory and exhibition were very clean and tidy and well laid out. Amazing to see the production line and the technologies employed by Triumph. Well recommended.

Sorry for the 2 stars Enjoyed the factory visit 👍 However customer service in the cafe/ canteen wasn't as good. Not very friendly like.... I paid for a Americano coffee and a cookie approximately £5. After paying I went to reach for the syrup to put a drop in my coffee. I then hear a voice from behind the counter saying " oi you have to pay for that" and " The stuff you can use is over there" Made me feel uncomfortable and as a first time visitor not a great impression. Will consider visiting other more friendlier places in the future.

Very interesting and informative guide sharing lots of useful stuff about how Triumph provide motorcycles, plus a fair bit about historic items. Well put together and presented, you get to see a lot - from parts and partially assembled machines, to engine component finishing, quality control, paint shop, assembly line, repairs and spares. A massive space inside, and nice exhibition of some noted machines, nice cafe and small shop to buy branded souvenirs. If you like British classic motorcycles, this place is a Mecca.

What a great day out, the museum was great to visit, The cafe was nice with a good choice of products available. Triumph, shop was good with lots of gifts to buy from your time at the facility, my only criticism would be, was that the products in the shop are overpriced. All the staff throughout the visit were brilliant and so helpful and informative. Will definitely visit again in the future.
