It was a nice accommodation except lack of air conditioner. Even if the weather condition always rainy with grey sky in UK, they would have taking precaution in all cases. All week was sunny during my stay there and the room was too small and was airless. Breakfast, staff and cleaning was great except that situation.

Breakfast is the best part of this place. Pub food was a bit depressing, very far from the best haddock I've had in the UK. Extra points for the real ale though. Rooms are tiny but quiet, comfy beds.

This is a decent set of hotels and conference rooms located a single, easy bus journey from Coventry station. The rooms are very basic and reminiscent of university dorms. Basic desk, large single bed, ensuite wet room with a shower. Nothing exceptional but everything that you need for a comfortable weekend stay for a conference. I was very happy with how warm the rooms were as well. There were a few failings of the room such as the immense amount of light that gets into the room under the door which can make it difficult to sleep but is easily addressed by using a towel to block the light. It was also unfortunate that the drain in the shower was moderately blocked, leading to water pooling and having to stop the shower after 5 minutes to allow it to drain before I could finish washing myself. The staff at the location were simply fantastic. Every member of staff was accommodating and seemed genuinely caring and/or interested in my questions etc. Most notably in the restaurant and on the reception, really stand out members of staff. The food provided was also incredibly generous for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They really ensured we were filled up and it was great quality stuff. Lamb steaks, bacon, three types of eggs, bacon, fish, yoghurt, a wonderful spread for all of the meals. I can easily recommend this location for small conferences. A darn site cheaper than London.

Spent several weeks here over the course of my studies and had an overall positive experience. Outstanding facilities and nice food. The staff really make this place, always a pleasure to stay. The rooms are not the biggest the campus had to offer but are adequate for a short stay. I always look forward to going back.

It does what is required with no frills. Be aware that the beds are small single beds, fine for me but I was in a large corporate group and a lot of people weren't happy about it. It wasn't appropriate for a corporate stop over purely because of the standards our staff expect. However it is good value for anyone only concerned with having a place to sleep that is clean and tidy.

Visited for a conference. Excellent service, rooms are very compact but clean and practical. Shower was too small and not very hot, and no power socket within a charge cable's length of the bed. There is conference food everywhere, all the time. I gained about 3 pounds in 2 days!

I really like Arden as a conference venue. It's that bit smaller than the other Warwick offerings so it's not just cheaper, it's got a more intimate feel to it. Nestled amongst the trees of Westwood campus it also provides a really nice location for those talks outside meetings either in the gardens or around the centre. The restaurant is also nice and, being smaller, it always feels like the catering is that bit different; I've been before and the chef has done a gluten free dessert for someone, for example. Finally, I love the rooms with large windows on the outside of the centre. There is so much light it can really pick up sessions. The only downside I can think of is the residential rooms are a bit smaller.

I was running an on site examination for a large client of ours at Warwick Conference centre, specifically Arden House. We ran into some technical issues with delegates company laptops and the staff went out of their way to help us and sourced internal laptops from their IT team that were configured to allow our software to run without issue. The team were very attentive and polite. They accommodated a late lunch timing change and the food was excellent. I have gone out of my way to review the venue due to the excellent experience. Many thanks especially to Ella, Shannon and Brian.
