    This is the worst BK for delivery. Check out the just eat reviews. Missing or wrong orders. I have complain before but nothing got done. Half chicken nuggets and half cheese chilli bites meal last night.Staff need serious training. Are you cooking meat with vegetarian food? I previously wanted vegan buger and my partner beef burger meals. We got delivered one chicken burger meal.... this has happen a number of times. I think the owner needs to read the just eat reviews and find out why this is happening as you stars are coming down. The meal was cooked and prepped last night so I think you need to look at the times of food and who is the people working giving you a bad name. I worked in fast food and it is not hard to read and put it in the bag....

    Waited 20 minutes for food and what a shock, spent 35 quid and the food was terrible.slop under cooked burger with stale bap. this place needs shutting down. The staff are rude and arrogant, especially the short girl with reddish hair and glasses. Shes lucky she didnt get the food chucked over her head . AVOID IF YOU WANT NICE FOOD

    DO NOT VISIT IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. I asked at the counter if they had an allergen menu. I was directed to piece of paper on the wall to the left of the counter. This was 6ft high up the wall and I had to wedge myself behind the self-service pay point to access it. The print was so small it wasn’t even legible. I asked at the counter if they had a smaller paper copy as I explained that I could not get to it properly to ready it. I received the simple answer no! Staff were not remotely interested at all. I just said thanks for your help and left! BURGER KING - YOU NEED TO TAKE ALLERGENS SERIOUSLY AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF. DREADFUL SERVICE. Date of visit Thursday 25th May. 5:30pm

    I hate to be negative, but waited over 20 minutes for 'fast food' in a not particularly busy place. Order was 1 burger (unmodified from standard), chips and a drink, really sub par

    What a Joke. I am unsure how this place has been approved for hygiene. Cov city council must be much relaxed to the rules and regulations. Guys seriously… PLEASE THINK BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE.

    The staff were nice and friendly. The seating area was alright the seats looked greasy though. The toilets were questionable. One cubicle has a broken lock so you can’t close the door. The other one had an overflowing sanitary bin. The sink looked like it’s been in a smokers house for years. Apart from that it was a nice venue

    I found out that Burger Kings “plant based” burgers are not Vegan apart from Vegan Royale. You have to ask at the desk to find out. Also their onion rings are not vegan because they fry it in the same fryer as the chicken nuggets!!!!!!!!!! Also the vegan burgers are cooked on the same grill as the normal burgers!!!!!!!!!! That is terrible!!!!!!!!!! Why is the knowledge in such a tiny small print?!

    Horrendous customer service. Ordered almost £60 of food for delivery, only for half of it to be missing on arrival. Due to no answer on the phone we took what had arrived back only to be greeted by the worst customer service ever from their "assistant manager." He told us it wasn't their problem that the food hadn't arrived, that they had given the driver 2 bags (we received 2 bags but took it all back in 1 for ease) therefore it "definitely wasn't their fault." So they are either lying or just delusional. Refused to do anything to help, wouldn't refund, wouldn't remake the food and wouldn't give us any way of contacting anyone else for support. Let our feelings be known before leaving only to be met with a sarcastic "you're welcome." Your assistant manager needs some serious training if he can't handle a Friday evening and the problems that come with a busier service. It may have cost us £60 but it certainly wouldn't cost you £60 to replace it! Will never, ever order from there again. And yes, when *your* delivery partner doesn't deliver *your* food to a paying customer, it is very much your problem to sort!!

    Today I ordered 2 burger 1 drink and cips but the african woman she did write for me 2 burger 2 drink 2 cips i send the second drink back but she did get more money from me because she didint give me what i wann she is dont listen and if she put the burgers to bag she drop down everytime and it was not quality job i want to get what i order and i dont wanna pay different price but she did get more money it make me very angry

    Don't waste your time, spend the extra few minutes driving to a different Burger King. Ive been to this drive thru maybe 3 times and every time i have to wait by the drive thru for ages, the longest i have waited was 20 minutes for food. Staff weren't even apologetic for the wait oh and the place hasn't had ice for the drinks in months. How is this place still going. Waste of time literally. Would be quicker to order in!!

    Absolutely awful place. How is this getting past the health inspectors? Please don't use the toilets here if you intend to eat... if you are close by and hungry, walk down the the London Burger trailer or the Jacket Potato stand.. both are immaculately clean and serve fresh food with friendly service!!!

    The food here is great, but the level of cleanliness leaves a lot to he desired. None of the tablets were wiped down, the floor was filthy, there was old ingrained food stuck to the walls by the seating areas and dead flies with further grime on the window ledges. 🤮

    Have visited this Burger King several times over the last few years. Relatively easy parking in Central Six. Fast online ordering process, with customisable burgers. I had a voucher on National Burger Day for a vegan Whopper. It was quite tasty, having not tried their vegan patties before. Tables and chairs were comfortable but a bit unclean. Despite this, a positive experience overall.

    Not had a BK in years as there isn't one local to me. This was the best burger I've had in a long time. Green leafy lettuce, ripe tomato, and delicious flame grilled beef. Not a fan of their fries, but nothing wrong with them. Rather have this than the clown's.

    Took a full 20 minutes to give order. Place only had about 7 people inside ! Local drug addicts in to use the facilities while serving staff ensured their friends got served as a priority. Avoid.

    The tills were down so couldn't order. **Unless** you downloaded the app first... so went to an independent burger van close by. Lovely burger there, cheaper and speedy, friendly service!! 🤣🤣

    What a joke. Could not use Google pay, no sprite as the machine would not work, no coffee, no trays, took 13 minutes to get our order, toilets were disgusting and looked like a druggies den. What a fall from grace. Used to say BK were better than McDonalds but this place needs bulldozing.

    Toilets are disgusting,toilet paper and urine all over the floor and smelly. Restaurant itself very untidy and messy. Food wise, burger was missing salad and drinks are vending warm. Staff were nice and helpful and replaced burger and drink.

    Very dirty, disgusting place. There were literally flies everywhere and rubbish was littered all over the place. The Fanta was completely flat as well. Definitely would not advise coming here.

    Popped in this evening, 35 minute wait for a very simple order, not sure how it can take so long to eat in when they operate a drive through? when the food was finally ready it was luke warm at best, dirty oil used for chips, onion rings were over cooked and snapped in half and the burger buns were stale. Not to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant, tables not being cleared or cleaned, the kitchen floor was strewn with food and debris. Refund obtained after a discussion with management.

    Not consistent, some days the food is amazing, ie soft moist buns, juicy burgers, and lots of cheese. However, just had the driest burger I've ever had. Buns are dry like they ain't fresh, burger is dry like its been cooked for 200 hours.

    It was alright. The staff were nice but the bathroom was awful. One lock broken. The other bathrooms sanitary bin was overflowing. The sink looks like it’s been in a smokers house for the past 5 years as well

    Iam happy with the meals. Fries was better than in McDonald's, burgers as well,nice and tasty. Touchscreens could work slightly better because touching but not reacting sometimes. Not very sensitive. Overall iam happy.

    Very busy during our visit but wait wasn’t too long and food was nice and hot. Enjoyed the cheesy bacon fries - very naughty. In-house cleaning could be better as some tables needed a wipe down.

    The food was pretty much on par with most burger meals. Service was quick and pleasant but the venue was very messy. We had to clear our own table as every one in there had left-overs and spillages on them. I used the toilet facilities that were over due for a face-lift. The sink was a disgrace. I do not blame the staff, but the management need to pull their finger out and get the place up to scratch. I won't be going there again.

    The usual standards of burger which I do tend to enjoy but more so of late I find the food is bearly warm let alone hot. And quite annoying you can only pay by card which was fine this time but a lot of people still like to use cash would be nice to have the option.

    Polite and friendly staff. Food is good way better then there rivals. Find better pricing on the app and lots of offers to be had with the bonus of earning points with each order. The app can be a bit slow but there service is fast so makes up for it a little. Never seems to be busy dining in or drive thru. Always seating and s couple of benches outside.

    Fresh looked, lettuce that at least looks real unlike McDonald’s for example. Affordable and the meal Is filling. For people looking to get a whopper burger, use the code APP80 to get 2 whoppers meals for like £8/9. You’re welcome.

    Me and my partner have been coming to this Burger King for the 3 years we’ve been together and our order has never changed and we always hope we see Janade and he’s literally THE nicest worker here, he always has a little chat with us and he even noticed when we got our new car and it just really makes a difference in the experience because you just want to come back again. That man deserves a promotion of some sort because he really is a great guy
