Very bad experience. Not worth for money. Not worth even if they give it for free. And rude staff too. They are not concerned about the customer satisfaction.

Pizza with hair, blonde hair !!!First they forgot about my drink,now a second surprise - I found hair on my pizza !!! When I called back at the restaurant the manager was very rude and insulted me . I used to order every 2-3 days but that will stop. Very disappointed about how the manager started to insulted me.

Order from here regularly, at least once or twice a week. I placed an order today for the same order that I usually get. Called as soon as I placed the order to ask them for it to be well done so the crust was brown. Received the pizza, but it's not well done as I requested the crust was pale and the pizza was soggy, I always ask upon placing the order and never had any issues. The first time I called I was disconnected and the second time I got through the employee was arguing with me saying the oven is at the maximum temperature. No sort of resolution offered. All I wanted, was for it to be left in the oven a little bit longer than usual. Not happy at all with the experience, Lost a regular customer, will not be ordering from here again. EDIT: After reaching out to support, they offered me 2x 12 inch pizza's for free. I also spoke to the manager of the Coventry store and he apologised and said that they would do it right the next time. When I next ordered the pizzas, they were delicious and I had no complaints.

i've ordered here a couple times, the pizza isn't the worst, but given the price it really isn't as good as it should. the crust i got was way too thick and the pizza was thin, most of the meal felt more like eating the crust, i tried stuffed crust too and it wasn't that tasty. i still enjoyed my meal but it felt like a waste, this resturant imo would be so much better if they lowered the price and made the pizza less thin or the crust less overbearing. delivery was also late by 10-20m usually but i wont fault them on that as im not around the city centre area

Visited here for the first time this evening at 10:45PM and was confronted by the manager on duty who informed me that even though they close at 11PM, they stop serving at 10:40PM to allow time to clean. When I had questioned it further, addressing the misleading opening times and unprofessional approach, she didn’t empathise in any way and simply told me that was the way it was, with a careless attitude. When a place closes at 11PM, the cleaning process begins after close, not 20 minutes before close - that is a poor approach for business, and more importantly for the customer. It’s a shame that this is my first impression of Dodo Pizza, as I visited because I wanted a pizza and this place had many positive reviews, but after this experience I will never return.

I love the pizzas here, very clean and well presented. I like the fact that you can see while they're working on your pizza from the kitchen through tu he CCTV made visibile to customers. Found in the heart of Coventry city centre close to the coach station.

This pizza was awesome! Thin crust, good flavor. I ordered the Chicken Tikka and it was very flavorful.

Reviews don't lie on this place. The Pizza and Hot Wings were perfect. The Hot sauce was awesome too.

It was easy to order online & my order was delivered fast & hot. The delivery driver was friendly and polite.

Pizza was extremely overpriced. Cost £20 for a very small sized pizza. Was not worth the money considering the taste and quality was less than average. Did not even come with a dip! And pizza box wasn’t shut properly so the food was not hot. On the plus side, is one of the only pizza shops in Coventry where you can have béchamel sauce, and staff did follow order notes correctly.

Management don't care about you. I ordered on just eat at 2:30 and the order kept getting delayed to 4:20. I call and the management say it's because I love far away and he doesn't care. What a joke, never ordering from here again!

Really amazing pizza, no doubt about it. But I have only one problem: where is the vegan pizza? Bring it back!

There are various types of pizza available here. Especially chilly Paneer and 4 cheese pizzas are recommended for veggie lovers. The chicken Club with béchamel sauce is so good, and I believe it's only available at Dodo, and it's better than regular tomato sauce and barbique sauced pizza. The prices are affordable; any type pizza for any size for collection is available at £7.99

Use to be good, now awful service as well as pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas for collection/ no one came to the counter until around 20 minutes passed. Pizza was stale and horrendous as if it was a week old. Cheap ingredients, inedible.
