These people are amazing people what a great job the whole team do including all the volunteers . I volunteer for numerous organisations and ask yourself this before you give a bad review , would you give your time up to help others . I've used coveCove food bank and various locations in Coventry a few times when I hit a rough patch and I've never had a problem with no one , never been judged in anyway including being a transwoman . A lot of churches will soon be back after this virus to help feed the city's less fortunate also . Thanks Coventry food bank all the volunteers and staff , thanks also to the company's supplying the vehicles so you can get your food parcel . Everyone involved from all walks of life , ethnic backgrounds are making sure you don't go hungry and if you don't like it swap with your friends and neighbors etc don't complain about it.

Absolutely disgraceful services, using the main helpline to do radio interviews when people are in crisis. Extremely rude & judgemental staff! My best advice to get a food voucher would be go through a proper healthcare provider like a social worker, GP & citizens advice where they can do an assessment of your situation as the staff in Coventry Foodbank are not very nice people.

Volunteering for the day and had a great time, They help the local community through the Foodbank and also with a Bicycle repair workshop for ex-offenders. Worth a visit to see the huge warehouse stacked with food and clothes. Great staff too.

Coventry Foodbank do an amazing job supporting people in crisis with Food parcels and a listening ear. Always in need of volunteers and donations of food. A great charity.

Out of date food, completely no empathy towards their fellow man, certainly no consideration for anyone but themselves.

Doing a wonderful, and purposeful job. That helps people in a unfortunate position to 'food survive ' whilst they find their feet. Bless them.

What an amazing service for those not so fortunate as some ..we should all be so kind and generous...tough though when those at the top make it ever more difficult to stay comfortable in life...
