Visited on a quiet Tuesday evening and unfortunately the service was slow. I had to go up to the bar to order drinks and then we waited a very long time for the bill. I wouldn’t like to have visited whilst any busier. My girlfriend tried to order a drink and they had ran out so had to go for an alternative. When she went to order her main they had also ran out of carbonara, as well as a couple of other items. The pizza that she ended up ordering wasn’t great. One positive was that the staff who served us were very nice. Everything else has put me off visiting again though.

Nice to go out to eat again. As always a nice atmosphere at Bella Italia. Food was spot on and tasted great. Service a bit slow and chairs stained, but otherwise enjoyed the experience.

Food was amazing, service was a stern contrast. Sarah served us who we believe is the manager there. Her customer service skills were appalling, not only did she have an attitude, but there were a number of things wrong with our order which were eventually sorted. We understood it was slightly busy, but it didn’t ever warrant such a disgusting experience. Will never return.

I ordered two pizzas online. The website is so bad; it placed the order without me rectifying it. Tried to call the shop but no one picked up. I drove their to collect the order was asked rudely to wait by the main door until my order is ready. The pizzas were so cold and definitely made from a frozen dough.

Had a lovely evening meal with the family, service was nice and quick and everyone who dealt with us was lovely. Food was spot on too!! Even the smallest ate everything 😂

Decent place for lunch, long wait for food as I believe number of staff is reduced, no shields between tables and no guidance for where to walk to people were walking all over the place. Pizza could of had toppings more spread out. Apart from that nothing to complain about.

Went in on a Sunday we were greeted at the door and was shown to a nice table. The young lady who served us was lovely and very attentive. The food was piping hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Food was nice enough. Nothing special. Bolognaise had barely any meat though. Drinks nice. Service slow. One toilet out of order and no loo roll in another. Plenty of free parking. Bella italia in the theatre district MK is better.

I like eating out at Meridian but I don't think I'll be coming here again. Service was incredibly slow, and the waitress was kind but forgetful, giving us the wrong order at times or not even remember our order. The starters were delicious, as was the dessert, but the mains weren't nice.

Wr normally love coming hear and have previously gave a 5* review but this time food was below average, two pasta dishes had very water sauce and not much flavour. the kids food was OK however the salad felt like it was covered in slime. Service was good however we witnessed a very heated conversation with the waitresses and kitchen staff. The chef didn't seem interested in serving quality food and the waitresses rightly so where getting frustrated.

Absolutely disappointed 😔 service none Food bad Price high Okay we were there for lunch during the weekday and there were about 3/4 other tables. The waiter not smiley nor he was friendly. Maybe he was not happy serving all the tables by himself, yes he was the one and only waiter there. So we ordered food and as soon as we finished ordering some costumer came in and he greet them with a big smile... he sat them down to the table near us and was very chatty, friendly and introducing the meal to them... errr... what happened there?!?! Anyway I could careless as he won’t be getting any tips from me. So the food came... Huge disappointment there, Bella pasta used to be good when I was in Uni, now they kept the price high but the quality of food not even close to matching that price. Should really call it Soggy Pasta... pasta were a disaster... starter not that much better, that fried stuff were super greasy is like they fried it many time on a low heat so the oil absorbed back inside. The mozzarella tomato... I could just buy the mozzarella and tomatoes from Asda and taste 10 times better than that... I seriously don’t know how they can manage to put this on a plate and serve it to customers... We will defiantly not be returning ever again. Even if someone’s treating us, nope we will go F&B’s instead.

7 of us visited here and asked if they could fit us in. It was very quiet! The man at the front of house ( don’t know his name but he had a thin beard) asked us if we’d booked. We said no. He rolled his eyes and started looking on the computer. I said don’t worry if you can’t fit us in there’s plenty of other places that will. He said , I can fit you in but you’ll have to order online! Unreal! We said no it’s ok and went out. He said the same thing to the family in front of us. His attitude was appalling and he clearly needs some people skills training. We went to Frankie & Benny's and they were very accommodating and the food was great! Needless to say we won’t try Bella Pasta again especially looking at the other reviews . Hilarious!

The team at Bella Italia saves us this evening. We were a group of 22 and our reservation at another restaurant hadn’t worked and they could accommodate us. The team at Bella took us all in straight away, re organised tables. Took our orders for food and drinks efficiently and accurately. All good came out hot and together. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Thank you for accommodating us at the last minute but also meeting this with really high standards and not compromising on food quality.

Very impressed with Bella Italia. For the price point (very Good value) the food was delicious from the expansive menu. Much tastier than some higher priced Italian restaurants we have visited. Will go again.

Been here 3 times in the past couple of weeks the baby loves the food off the children's menu, the 3 course set menu is great value and the food is always done perfectly. The waitress we have had the last two times is kind, bubbly and always makes sure you are happy with everything.

Normally I don’t visit these places but I’ve been going weekly since I got the tastecard 2-4-1 3 month free trial with tastecard and then £42 a year I pay. Well worth it and always top quality Tried the burger with extra patty. Smashed it! But couldn’t do that everyday ( actually I probably could but I won’t )

We were a table of 12 for a 21st birthday celebration. It took a while to order drinks, then they missed a starter off, they did give us free dough balls however was sat there while everyone else ate their starters. Had to chase for drinks. Then when asked for the bill noticed there was a service charge added of over £30.... it does say optional but if you didn't notice it you would pay that extra without possibly knowing. Overall it was OK 👍

The service here wasn't great at all. Our table didn't have cutlery so the waitress grabbed some off of another table. My friend still didn't have a napkin, so again, she grabbed one off another table. The meatballs were cold and they did take them back and mae me new ones. The food was nice but you could make it at home for the price and save money. I wouldn't go back.

Lovely relaxed lunch. Not very busy but the food was great. We had food from the set menu and we thought it was good value with lots of choices. Would totally recomend. The waitress was very attentive and was very helpful.

Went during school holidays. Food was good but low rating due to the service. Empty restaurant but had to wait at the door to be seated. Seemed like manager was on a break and junior assistant wasn't sure what to do! I can live with that but what isn't good is staff openly swearing on the restaurant floor. A few staff on break on a table near the bar. Even with an empty restaurant had to ask multiple times for drinks and water despite sitting right opposite the bar. Food however was good and kids enjoyed theirs too. Just poor service.

Mediocre food, slow service, argumentative staff. Disappointing that we visited Bella Italia on a pretty quiet day and sat around waiting long periods of time with no service. We decided to go as they have a big board up outside saying 25% off when you have cinema tickets. As we got seated we made the staff aware that we have cinema tickets. The main I originally wanted to order was not available so I got a different main, which was mediocre at best. My kids ordered the gelato dessert, which was served in a bowl. When asked if it doesn't come on a cone like the menu says, we were told in a dull, mundane tone that 'no, just a bowl, we're out of cones'. When we eventually received the bill, after asking 3 different staff members, the 25% didn't make sense to us. Turns out that it didn't apply to what we had ordered. Even though the board has nothing warning about Ts&Cs or even at the very least an asterisk to make people aware. Won't be visiting again

The service and attention from the waiter was good and they offered to remake my meal as I overlooked the salmon was served with ham which i cannot consume. However the coke was served flat and had to be exchanged The meals were not all that impressive. Had i paid full price for what we eat i would certainly fell short changed. Also no side plates served with the dough ball

A birthday dinner on a Monday night for a small family group. Staff pleasant and professional. Good menu with something for everyone. We didn't have too long to wait for service. Desserts good except for my grandaughter's caramel cheesecake which looked good but had an odd texture ie not creamy - perhaps it was a baked cheesecake? Would recommend for small or groups. Plenty of nearby free parking and wheelchair/pushchair accessible.

After a recent visit to Bella Italia with a few friends I can say I would fully recommend for a nice meal with friends. The staff were pleasant and the young man who served us, Ben was fully attentive to our table and our glasses never ran dry, the food was great for a fair price and it was an overall great experience. Will be going again soon.

I had a really enjoyable meal here yesterday. I visited around lunchtime with my daughter and ordered a kids meal which was really good value with the starter, main, drink and pudding. I also ordered myself pasta and a garlic bread., the food was really good. I am really pleased with this meal that I had as I’ve not been back here for a while but I will be back soon. I was served by tom who was friendly and gave us really good service. Thank you for such a nice experience.
