21st wedding anniversary. We ordered off the A La Carte menu. 1 main sent back, a Tropicale pizza (premium so paid extra) it had 1pc ham, 1pc pineapple and cheese per slice. Absolutely smothered in chilli jam which wasn't mentioned on the menu. No basil whatsoever. Thin slimy and bendy. Queried with the waitress and she blamed the company as it met the standards required. Sent back warm cookie dough dessert, it was like saw dust, crumbly hard and cold and after 15 mins arguing with waiter the ice cream was still in tact so definitely stand my ground on this one. Again they said it met the standards for the company. If this is the case we will definitely not be eating at any Bell Italia venue ever again. Disgusted with food and service and attitude of staff.

Went here for dinner, Bella Italia is always a good go to, haven’t been here for a very long time, the menu has definitely had a revamp, although they still have the Funghi Arrosto which has always been a go to for me and that defiantly didn’t disappoint. The meal in general was really good, the only downfall was the fact that we had to wait 30mins when I had called earlier in the day to book a table and was told not to bother as they weren’t busy, on arrival I was told they were very busy and to come back in 30mins, the member of staff did apologise for telling us not to book a table. Funny thing is the restaurant was pretty much empty... Was a good meal though.

Delicious food, one of the best Pastas I’ve had. Sicilian Approved 😏 great service too.

Really pleasant restaurant. We were late but called and they held our table. Veronika, was very welcoming, cheerful and provided excellent service. The food was good but not fantastic- except for the gnocchi which is just shockingly delicious and visually appealing.

Booked a table for seven at Bella Italia, only to have it cancelled 30 minutes before our reservation on a busy Boxing Day. This was the second venue in Stratford that cancelled, having driven over an hour. This left us, including two children, in a difficult situation, searching for another place in the cold. Such last-minute cancellation and lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable, especially during holidays. A disappointing experience that has greatly impacted my view of Bella Italia.

Made the mistake of eating here tonight. Surprisingly open instead of the usual excuses of staff. Ordered first of three couples. They were all served before us and waited untill they had finished before we got our order and when questioned this the waitress 'Kitsty' was rude stroppy and unhelpful. Completely in the wrong job as has zero customer service manners or class. She said that the manager "had looked into it and you didn't wait that long" but he couldn't be bothered to talk to us. When asked for his name was told no chance. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. Mediocre food and bad bad attitude!!!!!!

So sorry for the late review Elijah! Myself and my partner had a delightful evening at Bella Italia in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Food was spectacular and the service from Elijah was first class! Thank you for making our date night as memorable as possible!

Managed to go in early for our booking as had finished previous activity early. Fairly quick service and nice food, set menu was good value. Would return/visit a different (more local to me!) Venue in future!

Nice food. Nicely presented restaurant. But they did not serve all our meals together. The last meal we had to wait 5min for this is good for me.

Good experience here, even though only one chef on we got out order in a reasonable time and the food was lovely and fresh. Better service than most restaurants with several chefs on. Recommend the strawberry lemonade under Mocktails on the menu. Staff were very polite so made for a very enjoyable experience. Will return for another meal

Basic food, service was slow because the girl was on her own doing like three jobs. Need more staff. Even a local chippy has more people working than this place did tonight.

We had the 2 course set menu. Good value for money. My only disappointment was the portion size of the garlic ciabatta we had with our lasagna, very small for the price, wouldn't order it again

Enjoyed the meal here with nice staff who were run off their feet. We were in a rush for the theatre so unfortunately couldn't have starters or pudding. Meatballs and spaghetti were superb with decent garlic bread to mop up the sauce.

We had a few vegan options here, not a hig vegan range but they are quite good.

Visited at 19:50, circa 8 tables free but apparently bookings only for the whole evening. I.e. can't be bothered to serve. Didnt even offer alternative time etc. Very poor.

No matter which one we go to it's always wonderful food, the service obviously defers but I'm happy with the level of service we received. Being a small place it was spoiled by loud & roudy kids but not much we or the staff could do so not going to hold it to them

Great food, great choice. Well presented generous plates of food and it tasted delicious. I was a little disappointed when I realised I had eaten it all 🙂... well satisfied. If you haven't tried it, you must give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

Good food and drink but extremely poor service. Having one member of staff to serve an entire restaurant on a Saturday evening is not acceptable. Especially when that entails waiting 20+ minutes to place a drinks order and plates not being cleared from the table. After finishing our mains we waited at least 20 minutes for plates to be cleared and decided enough was enough and left. In a time when people are justifying wether to go out or not this was not an experience that will be memorable for the right reasons.

Lovely food as always from the SUA establishment. The young man who served was very polite and friendly. Great food and great atmosphere. Could do with being a bit warmer in the restaurant though!

My wife and I had an excellent meal. The staff were very friendly which made for a memorable experience.

If I could give a 0 review I would have. Booked a birthday meal, they literally had 3 other tables of 2 people on each. Waiter after 15 minutes attempted to apologise for not taking our order, (got the impression he may well have had a few to drink) and he was going to get his pad and would be right back. 20 minutes later after listening to the waiting laughing a joking with other staff, we left. Thank you Bella italia for attempting to ruining the birthday.

Fantastic food and absolutely excellent service. Special thanks to the young lady that served us this afternoon. (Sunday 24th July 2022) Very welcoming and we will certainly be coming back!

Ordered from here tonight and have been blown away! Splendid food and splendid presentation. I personally had the Nduja Mac n cheese and my wife had regular Mac n cheese. We also shared dough balls and rosemary fries, followed by a cookie dough with delicious vanilla gelato. My new favourite restaurant.

Great food, servings were of good size. We used Tastecard which made it great value. Service was prompt and courteous. Restaurant was a bit cold, but was cold and snowy outside.

The staff were lovely, all three courses of food were delicious and felt well made. Staff were nice about my gluten free intolerance and had a wide variety of foods for me to eat. Everyone was caring and we had a really nice time.

Visited Bella Italia last week, food delicious, great ambience. Staff lovely, friendly , attentive and professional. Very pleasant lunch with friends, would highly recommend this restaurant. Our waitress Jana was amazing, nothing was too much trouble .

Prompt service, nice food, good atmosphere Calamari is lovely just wish the portion was alittle bigger and on a plate not in a bowl. Friendly staff, very accommodating it appears to be under better management than before when I last visited. Happily return.

Attentive, friendly service from the staff. The food was mixed. The pizzas and mains were tasty and fresh, and perfectly satisfactory. The Calamari starter however was not great at all, stale, over cooked and very chewy. Drinks were nice, with a good range. The Brewdog was rather heavily overpriced. Nearly £6 for a small bottle is surely about a 500% markup. Appreciate it's been a tough time for restaurants, but this kind of markup is excessive. Overall a nice restaurant, great staff, nice location, and overall good, just a little tainted by the poor starter and overpriced beer.

Had a lovely meal there last night. The staff were attentive, polite and prompt with their service. My wife calls me a "fussy Englishman". However Both my wife and I found the food excellent at a very reasonable price. Will definitely dine there again when next time I visit Stratford. In all honesty I cannot praise the staff enough. It is rare now to find such good service.

Hadn't been to Bella Italia for years ...did not dissapoint . Friendly staff and food was really good. Can't remember her name but the waitress gave us a free cocktail as they were doing some sort of promotion to do with the new bond . ( We were off to the cinema afterwards). Thanks guys We'll be back 🙂

The two ladies serving on our visit did a great job with a couple of large parties in a few small tables in at the same time. Very friendly and helpful. Food was ok

This was our first visit for dinner with friends since the pandemic began and we were pleased to find little had changed. Staff are still efficient, polite attentive and friendly. The food is good and arrives in good time. The restaurant is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. We were all pleased with our meal and were very happy after our visit, especiallyas we were able to use our tesco club points for vouchers towards our food!. We will be going again in the near future!

Great staff members particularly Gina who was magnificent and made our evening very enjoyable. Also the Italian waitress was very professional and polite. Thank you.

Really lovely place good atmosphere came for a birthday meal and they made it really special food was delicious and they also have a great kids menu too will definitely come again thanks Bella Italia x
