Nice park and good but busy ( at school times) parking. Kids play area looks good but I use for dog walking. Dogs love running into trees after squirrels. No toilets though and limited bins .

A great spot found for spending time outdoors. It's got a nice-sized playground for kids of all ages, and loads of open green space, perfect for picnics or just hanging out. You know how much your little ones love playing, right? The play area is awesome, and it'll keep them entertained for ages. Plus, there are plenty of football pitches, so you can have a kickabout with your kids. If you're in the mood for a relaxing walk, you can go around the park's perimeter and check out the Peace Orchard, which is a lovely spot to unwind. Oh, and you'll be happy to hear that on weekends during spring and summer, there's usually an ice cream van parked nearby - perfect for a little treat! Next time you're looking for a place to spend some quality time with family or friends, give Coundon Hall Park a try.

Once you have navigated the very severe "sleeping policeman" speed humps on the road (Waste Lane), and if you have managed to plan ahead to avoid the floods of parents in cars totally choking the area who are dropping off and collecting children from the school, you will often find the park heaving with children, both accompanied and unaccompanied, so not often somewhere you will find a bit of peace and quiet. Fair enough, then it should be good for those taking kids there, but sadly not recommended for this or for responsible dog walkers either, due to very irresponsible "trophy dog" owners allowing them to run amok, so it is no surprise when a small dog was mauled to death there just 3 days ago (see the Coventry Telegraph for details). A good park ruined :-(

Very poorly maintained park that has issues with the grass. No tarmac area for children to ride their bikes and scooters but there is some play furniture. It's good for dog walkers, but beware of the noisy bikers racing about.

Great park. I always took my kids there when they were young and we'd take a picnic and spend hours there. Still love going with the dog.

A lovely spacious park. Car park off Waste Lane with playground. Plenty of space to walk to Peace Orchard, lake, Coundon Wood etc and play. Wheelchair accessible footpath. A sense of freedom.

Lovely park, my son comes here for football training occasionally. This week, we decided to take our dog for a stroll as the weather was beautiful. Lovely park, with plenty of space for dogs to run off some steam away from the football pitches and play area

In terms of for my children to play I absolutely love this park so much. It’s friendly, mostly empty, and peaceful. The play area is 10/10. The walk around is also very lovely. I do recommend never had a problem even the parking is good and free.

Great Park. Well kept, clean and tidy. Has a play area, fallen trees to sit and plax on. Dog owners pick up the mess. Love visiting here.

Its changed so much since I was a child. Its lovely now, with a level pathed walkway all the way around the walking route with intermittent benches and a small lake.

Nice play area for the kids with separate sections for smaller and older kids. Huge green area suited for dog walking, running, etc. It's mainly all flat, so pushchair friendly. Free parking with several spaces available. There are some tracks off the main path if you fancy branching out a bit.

Nice open spaces for walking dogs and for children to ride bikes. Play area is good . A little area for little ones and climbing things ,swings and slide for the older ones. My 6 year old and 2 year old both had fun .

Nice place to go with the kids, my lad likes going down to the water bit, the swamp as he calls it, and going exploring in the wooded areas. Maintenance could be a bit better, was a fair bit of smashed glass around parts of the play area. Looked like it had been there a while as it it was well trodden into the ground.

We loved this park! The play area was great and it's a lovely park for young children to explore. The orchard with the little apple trees is a great idea!

The gate to the babies area needs a fasten on it, as it dies not close if you have more than one kiddie it easy for them to get out. Perhaps could do with a sign to ask people to keep dogs off play areas, as strong smell of dig wee around the equipment

Nice park. Keeps the kids distracted enough but for adults, a fairly decent long walk with some eye candy. Definitely recommend for a nice walk πŸ™‚

Very nice weather and good people. Nice path to follow and good walk but not too long! Would recommend!

Spent a lovely hour with our grandson on the park. The park has been improved massively, I just think the paths need to go all the way around the park so people with pushchairs or wheelchairs can get all the way round and not have to go back the way they came.

Great park, gets quite busy and it could benefit from a toilet and perhaps a little cafe, the gardens are lovely though with beautiful flowers. Great for your kids and to walk your dog.

Surprisingly large park with well equipped children's play area. Excellent for dog walking. Peace orchard opened in 2019 in top field, accessible from car park off Tamworth Road, with new path leading to orchard. Access also to Coundon Wood with peaceful walks through the wood. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
