I had a voucher given me so I booked in on a Friday afternoon which turned out to be a fantastic day. It started off with a short tour of the vines which was really interesting. The lady doing the tour was really informative and friendly and answered all my questions. We then moved to the tasting but before that I brought nibbles and food to go with the tasting. The tasting was very informative and helped me understand the different wines I tried. The food was fantastic and I will be going back to just eat the food and drink the wine on that amazing patio. Highly recommended. Update We did go back the following day which was the hottest day of the year so far and it was very busy however it did not effect the fabulous service. We also purchased 3 bottles to take home with us.

Love stopping off here after a dog walk. Made to feel very welcome even though dressed in walking gear! Beautiful views over the vineyard, lovely seating areas. Good choice for all from the cafe - you can choose as much or as little as you want. Not the cheapest but a nice treat . A glass of bubbles is a must!

I received a voucher for the vineyard tour as a present. The location is stunning with distance views. The decking area and food area very clean. The tour information from the owner was informative, with humour thrown in. I felt I learnt a lot. It was then tasting time on 3 of their sparkling wines. What can I say, they were amazing!. I would definitely recommend to others

Luxury lodges are fantastic within metres of the vines. The ready to drink bubbles in the fridge taste wonderful, and the barrel sauna is a real treat. The vineyard also has a kitchen severing tapas and cheese boards. In the morning a breakfast was delivered at 9am, which made for a relaxing start to the day. Well done Tinwood! And thank you for a perfect stay.

We decided to do the vineyard tour for our 2nd wedding anniversary as we had Tinwoods wine for our wedding day through our venue. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely relaxing area to eat and drink! The tour was great our guide was well informed, entertaining and captures your attention. We enjoyed trying the three glasses as part of the experience and then purchased some food to enjoy with it. We also purchased a bottle before we left. Would suggest getting there a bit earlier and staying a little after to really enjoy the grounds.

Wine tasting tour was a bit disappointing as we only ventured a few metres into the vines, and talk was mainly about history of business there. Person giving talk should have had microphone on, especially when doing tasting notes on patio area. We could free reign around site if you wanted though. We stayed onsite in the luxury cabins and was a bit put off by people walking past our views looking into our cabins, maybe cordon that small section off. Cabins were lovely, however the " kitchen" area could do with being bigger, there's no where to store dirty plates, glasses etc. No cleaning facilities either. Even a tea towel and sponge would have been helpful. Views are stunning. Bathroom area is vast. Staff were friendly and polite

Five of us came today for the Sunday Roast. The welcome was very good and we had a choice of tables, the room was quite chilly but once it filled up it was ok. We had our drinks order taken and the drinks arrived quickly. We waited a little while and we were asked if we were ready for our food. It arrived on a sharing board and there was plenty of meat but not enough vegetables for 5 of us and it was lukewarm and observing other tables they had the same amount of vegetables for two people as we had for 5! We asked for extra hot vegetables and extra gravy which were brought out. Deserts were also sharing and again small amounts for five so a spoonful of crumble each and a small square of brownie. It all tasted good but it really needs to be hot when it comes out some of the vegetables were cold and the Yorkshire puddings were cold! We had really high hopes for this lunch but it definitely fell very short of our expectations. Would not recommend to our friends unfortunately 🙁.

Had the most perfect summer afternoon at Tinwood! We were initially booked onto a later tour which we couldn't make due to strikes. They kindly let us join an earlier on. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely and the wine goes down far too easily. Cannot wait to come back in the future! Also very easy to get to using public transport from Chichester

Very interesting and informative talk on how the vines grow and how the wine is produced from a very pleasant young lady. A great credit to the company. All 3 wines tasted were exceptional.

Enjoyed a delightful tour of the vineyard hosted by the vivacious owner. She then took us back to the restaurant where we sampled 3 champagnes with local cheese. We now have an understanding of how much work is involved in producing such a fine tipple. Thank you, we will be back.

Went for a wine tasting here. Absolutely perfect place, wine was incredible. The owner who did the tour was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. The foot situation was a bit chaotic but it was new to them, but still that was the only frustration with otherwise a perfect day.

Our visit to Tinwood was part of a wine tasting experience. Staff were excellent and the talk on the vineyards and it's history as well as the instruction on wine tasting was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. A wonderful cheese board was provided to accompany our wine tasting experience. One word of warning is that the three wines we sampled were all dry so might not suit every pallet. All in all an excellent occasion and one I would repeat again.

Lovely venue, with a beautiful terrace boasting a stunning view. Great architecture as well. The wine is fantastic, using the traditional champagne method. Did the wine tour and that was excellent, with a very charismatic host and a glass of each of the three wines provided. Has nice food (of a light bite typology), including vegan options.

Wine tasting was really fun, rose our favourite. We had an incredible lunch, brilliant selection but it is on the high side in terms of price given it is self service. We couldn’t fault anyone or the service or the venue. We would rate it 4.5 if we could on here. I wouldn’t bring my 6 year old daughter but would go again with my partner when we had time to enjoy the experience.

What can I say about this place? "Wow!" springs to mind. We went for the tour and tasting and loved the place so much we stayed for two bottles after. It was such an idyllic setting and every single member of staff was friendly and so welcoming. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about wine. We learned a lot.

We took our Spanish friends today they enjoyed the experience. The young lady who explained the different wines was informative and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, her assistant Who was pouring the wine was the rudest and most sour-faced young lady l have ever seen, not once did she smile or speak to anyone l got the impression she didn't want to be there. What a shame even our Spanish friends commented on her l might add this is our third visit, but maybe your experience was better but I'm afraid our parting memory will be the young woman who poured the drinks.

Lovely site and very well organised tour. Our guide was first class both knowledgeable and entertaining. The three wines we tasted were excellent and the cheese board a perfect accompaniment. Very well worth the price and we just had to buy some bottles to take home.

Went here for our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Really interesting to learn about how the wine is made. The lodge was perfect. We loved the spa bath with the TV. And the sauna was an extra special touch. Tasty breakfast of yoghurt, fruit, muesli, croissants, toast, hard boiled eggs, and orange juice. A perfect way to celebrate.

Fantastic cheese and wine experience at Tinwood Estate. Lovely venue, delicious sparking wines and lovely staff. Entertaining wine tour, hearing all about how Tinwood make their sparking wines. Highly recommend this experience for a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon.

We stayed in one of the lodges overnight, and did the 3pm fizz tasting and then the pop up dinner at 7pm. Tasting started with 30 mins by the vines and learning about the farm's history and how it evolved to making sparkling wine. Then we went back to terrace and were taken through the 3 types they make here. Staff were very friendly and attentive and talk was interesting enough. The pop up dinner included wine, and was very generous with glass topups, so thought good value all in all. Food great although maybe a little on the small side; we'd probably have a little snack beforehand next time! The lodges felt really boutique and luxurious, and was lovely sitting on the veranda in the morning looking over the vines and having the provided breakfast-in-a-basket. This was a treat for us as a couple just taking a night away to unwind. Would highly recommend

Discovered this place during a staycation in West Sussex. Lovely vineyards and wine. We stopped off for a spot of lunch in a picturesque setting accompanied with award winning sparkling wines. Purchased a few bottles to take home!

Really enjoyed our visit! Tour may have been a bit short because of extreme temperature but information on estate given under shade of trees. Wine tasting with cheeses very enjoyable!

Absolutely loved the wine tasting experience at Tinwood estate. The setting was absolutely stunning with gorgeous English sparkling wine and picnic food to pair it with, we were also very happy to find that the estate is dog friendly so our pooches could join us for the day. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the wines & the estate. Tinwood do lots of events/dinner evenings and I would highly recommend this!

What a wonderful few hours we spent at the Tinwood vineyard. The owner gave us a guided tour of the vines and gave a detailed explanation of the vines, grapes and processes involved. We then had the cheese platter with the three excellent sparkling wines they produce. Wow they are lovely, I would definitely recommend this tour 100%

The last few times I had been a platter of cheeses, crackers, honey and grapes. Upon arriving today we were told we had to select what we wanted in a crate which my mother in law struggled to carry. Their was hardly any hot food and the wasn't a choice of cheeses in the mixed slithers. More crackers should also be available. The staff and boss lady were very friendly and I loved the fact as a none drinker they gave me a trio of mocktails which were delicious. My family enjoyed the wine and talk. And on the whole we had a lovely afternoon.

Stopped off to taste the wine. Its very good and we bought some Blanc de Blanc and some Brut. They now do teas, coffees and light food. Most of the staff pleasant but one or two less willing to help. You get the impression that best efforts are reserved for big spenders

An absolutely brilliant presentation by Jodie. I learnt so much more about wines and setting up a vineyard; it was fascinating and the three bubbles we tasted were superb. I thoroughly recommend this tour, worth every penny, so informative and a wonderfully relaxing two hours in idyllic surroundings. I took two friends from California there, they know their wines and have visited numerous vineyards across France, they both said they had never ever experienced such a superb all encompassing presentation. Worth ten stars! We all had a great time.
