Book a day out to browse the showroom. It's very engaging and interesting to see what's for sale. Great fun on the day of the auction. Set yourself limit's of what you think something is worth. Both the viewing and the day of the auction were both great fun. Got a few bargains as well.

I found shoulder& son on right move and the response was very quick. The viewing and referencing process was very smooth. Overall, i am very satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend.

Thinking of renting a property via Shoulers? I have been renting through Shoulers for the past 4 years now, and I have to say that the experience has been a very happy one. The first property I rented, after about 10 months the owner died and the family wanted to sell the property. Shoulers were very helpful and respectful of the situation and as it happens, I found another suitable home to rent, which was also with Shoulers. Property inspections with both Carole and Alice have been a lovely experience, as they are both professional and humorous, which makes it a relaxed and stress free situation. I couldn't recomend this company highly enough. Well done all.

Friendly enough whilst showing properties to let and sell, but they were quite misleading when it comes to the small details, various fees, and paperwork. On top of that, the overall vibe in the office was somewhat unpleasant and not of a customer service orientation. It was as if they were doing you a favour instead of the other way around. In mentioning our family's experience to friends, it seems several people in the Melton community share a negative sentiment about this company and the way they are doing business.
