    Had a make up session with Lacey, she was very skilled and knowledgeable. Really pleased with the No7 products. Loved the make over results.

    Tegan and girl she was on till with are lazy and rude. I approached the till to pay for goods and said hi they carried on talking about looking for another job. Then she passed me an item back saying this has no barcode get another one. So I did and they stared at me and started whispering and giggling between each other. Not a braincell between them to share

    Just visited this store to buy perfumes.i asked the assistant who was filling shelves if I could try some perfume. She sprayed some on a strip.turned her back on me to lock the bottle away.i said I'll think about that one.i asked have you any Ted Baker perfume. She said yes in that cupboard & walked away to carry on stacking shelves.i had ยฃ500 to spend on different perfumes.i felt so badly treated by your member of staff who has lost you a good sale this morning. I will never shop in your store again to be treated so badly. If she doesn't like her job.let someone who does have it.she should realise if it wasn't for customers she wouldn't have a job.shame on her Steer clear of this store

    This store hardly has any stock in, and their staff seem incredibly fustrated and over worked - Unfortunately causing them to huff and puff at the tills making it a rather unpleasant place to shop. 1/10 feels generous.

    Just went into the store, I was just about to join the self service queue where there was an elderly lady clearly looking for a bit of help but all the staff was just ignoring her. I spoke to her and she just wanted to use a normal till not the self service so I pointed them out to her. Not knowing you had to join the self service queue as well as it wasnt clearly signed posted. The women waited patiently to be served only to be told quite rudely that she needs to join the queue again. The women then called me over to be served at the till, I advised I will wait for self serve and they can serve the elderly lady still patiently waiting. Both women then screamed at me/her saying she canโ€™t do that. No-one in the queue minded the lady cutting in because she had been waiting before any of us but the women on the tills refused. Absolutely shocked and disgusted at the level of service and the discrimination of the elderly. You should both be ashamed of your behaviour because I sure am.

    Booked for a hearing test, this was carried out very professional and technician was friendly and very clear about results and what could be done to help, no pressure on sales of hearing aids just went through what could be best, this was followed up by two more appointments and fitted of hearing aids that I had chosen! So pleased I took Mahtab's advise, hearing people clear instead of lip reading and TV on more than half the volume, quality of life is so important totally recommend Boots this is life changing experience Thank you..

    3rd branch I visited today,Was a female I asked for some help telling her this my 3rd branch I'm visiting as the rest seems where not helpful.She seemed grumpy unprofessional,But I noticed when a female went over she went to help.Boots seems to employ alot of useless staff ,if they dont know anything about what they sell ,They shouldn't be working there .

    Terrible place. They have replaced the tills with self service only, with the usual; wait for assistance, card not accepted, card not recognised. Then you find your Advantage Card Points have not been added. For all this nonsense you wait in a queue for ages. The British public is too forgiving. We should be in revolt against this appalling level of โ€œservice.โ€

    A computer glich made us wait 1 hour longer than our appointment and the reminder was sent on the wrong weekend. Felt sorry for the young lady who assisted us. Very pleasant lady thank you. Boots organisation something to look at.

    A very good pharmacy near Shirley. A one stop shop for any of your medical needs. Situated in the Solihull retail park. Ample parking space infront of the property.

    Pharmacy is rubbish people are not friendly they don't smile ๐Ÿ™„ I think they have some issues I hope their problems or whatever will be resolved and they will smiles with patients or customers. Yesterday I went for my prescription initially they had difficulty to find eventually they found my prescription and said we don't have it come tomorrow after 11am I said no issue because I can understand it can be possible. Today when I get there they said one medication they dont have and other medication is short and still you have to wait because medications are not ready yet. It is a joke. It is non professional behaviour. In the morning i called to pharmacy multiple times but phone was ringing and no one there to pick my phone call. Instead of me They would have called me regarding medication. But highlited thing in the whole story that there was no smile, no sorry, no thank you.

    Nice big store with most items you need, though they can be a bit slow restocking the shelves for some items. Retail parking at the weekend can be very busy.

    Waited in there new self check out most of them card only. 1 cash c/out was not working and the other some customers need assistance but no one to be seen, Waiting for ages, left my goods there and walked out. To the jobs worth management get some machines that accept Cash also or get the tills back in.

    This is a large store & it can be difficult to find what you want but ask the staff for assistance & they are more than happy to help. As on previous visits the store was clean & well stocked. I had a short wait for checkout but not too long. Overall I am happy to shop there & will no doubt call in again soon.

    Tried their click and collect system well !! Paid ยฃ1:50 to wait in line with the normal shop queue then wait for the till operator to get someone else to go and fetch my order from the storage area in total only 15 mins but not what you expect from click and collect

    Pharmacy now only open 9-6, used to be until midnight. Change not well advertised and google opening hours not updated (boots website is correct). Now Dr send prescriptions directly to store I canโ€™t collect it now until tomorrow.

    Had a lovely shopping experience at Boots Today. A lovely lady named Sophie helped me pick out a new foundation, Concealer and Mascara that suited me and my Skin. You could tell how passionate she was about the NO 7 products. Really Happy and gave me the guidence I needed effortlessly.

    Unfortunately items i went in for were not in stock, however on looking around the store i found many more items in which I needed, checkout assistant was very friendly and helpful will definitely be shopping there in future. I must point out items that were out of stock is probably due to lack of deliveries caused by covid isolation.
