Great for kids and parties. Trampolines, soft play, and more our child went as part of a party they all love it. Super clean and tidy inside, with a cafe upstairs. Limited parking outside.

Nice to do something different with the kids. Kids live it. Would be helpful if they had more sessions for autistic/SEN children. Difficult for non verbal autistic child to understand and comply with rules. New softplay area can only be used for a few minutes but kids can go in again. Parking available and food can be purchased on site. Need those boost socks too.

The place is lovely. It has ample paid parking, usually free for the first 2 hours. In case you forget to make an online registration in advance, it has a table where you can do that at the entrance. They have a check-in counter where you can choose to purchase in-house socks and other accessories. My child didn't need to purchase because we came with one socks from Ninja warriors, and we could exchange them for that of Boost plus for free. This is really lovely. We had a good safety induction video in the area where you change your socks and remove shoes. They have lovely sets of lockers with digital pin locks to secure any of your valuable like phones and wallets. The trampoline section was really big and colourful. Filled with assorted disco lights with nice ambient music that will keep you in the mood to jump. Both adults and children can have a really good time on the trampoline. There is also a cafe upstairs with lovely menu options for your satisfaction. It has really healthy options if you are not a sugar head like me. Those on wheelchair can also access this upstairs cafe via a lift, which is really nice. Place can be used for parties, school visits, etc. Spent about £51 for 3 kids. So using the discount offers makes better savings.

What a transformation. Giant new light arena which is great fun for kids and adults (though I’m always a kid at heart) Definitely more things for the older kids now as well and the kids were kept busy for hours. Great friendly staff and lovely food in the cafe as well. All around a great experience

Edit: Thank you so much for our gift voucher was a lovely surprise. The kids can't wait to come back for some more bouncing fun xxx Had a great afternoon with the kids at boost. We were so lucky that we got the entire place to ourselves. Lovely staff so friendly. Reasonable prices on par with all other trampoline parks. Free parking. Great disabled access with lift to Upper level where there is a nice coffee bar. Everywhere was nice and clean.

Really great atmosphere, I went on the under 4s hour and my 2 and half year old loved it! (1 hour was enough) staff were all friendly. A special call out to Dan M who greeted us, was great with my daughter and engaged well with us. Note you need to have Boost socks which cost about £2.95 each

Me and my friend had a phenomenal time at this venue, enjoying the different trampolines that are spread all over! Activities like jumping into a foam pit, trapeze and rock climbing are also here, where we were welcomed by friendly staff at the reception. We took advantage of the offer for socks and a hot drink as part of admission; I had a cup of tea and the staff showed me to the tables where I could keep it during the session!

Nice place for child fun. Looks like need to be organised a bit better, but nothing bad generally. Will be happy my children to pop in again soon. Will recommend for sure- children with have a fun and parents Will have few "free" hours. Car parking is very useful. Communicative place to get with public transport as well.. Also good point is that parents can be very close to playing child and can control them.

Came in as first time customers. The staff, especially Curtis, made the induction a breeze. We had a three year old who couldn't use the trampolines but loved the soft play area. The cafe upstairs had a great variety of food and drinks. Overall it was great fun for the kids and adults. Would definitely go again.

They were amazing! Ibrahim was the party host for children's birthday party and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. The party room was accessible throughout with squash, water and crisps. Parents can supervise from the overlooking cafe upstairs. At the end, they were served pizza and chips with ice lollies before they left. They all had the best time and Ibrahim was an excellent host, would thoroughly recommend!

My daughter had her 7th birthday party at Boost over the weekend. Our host (Favour) was great, really helpful and accommodating. The only downside is the party rooms really smell of wet socks, nothing some air freshener couldn’t sort out though! Other than that, the rooms are a good size for around 10-12 kids and have a nice theme. The food was of a good standard and there was plenty of it. The only other thing I would have liked is for the party games to centre around the birthday girl a bit more. Overall, I’d recommend the venue to others looking to book a birthday party and hope they get Favour as a host as she was great! 4* purely based on the smell of the party area and the games not being focused around the birthday girl.

Black Friday 20% off code did not work when purchasing the e-voucher, kept getting a message ‘promotional code is invalid’, couldn’t even get hold of anybody to speak to about this, ended up buying the sessions in full price as have promised to children. I sent over an complaint message but didn’t get a reply. My boys enjoyed it but as an adult I was disappointed about the service.

My 5 year old daughter was invited for a party at the Boost Trampoline Park yesterday, it was her first visit. Naturally she was a little nervous to get on, however there was a staff member name Caitlin who spotted my daughter's nervous straight away and was so professional is showing her exactly what to do. She made her comfortable and made sure she was was safe throughout the hour. In the end, my daughter gained the confidence and was racing with Caitlin. Thank you Caitlin, you're positive attitude was very refreshing to see. I am sure you have great things to come in life. All the other members of staff were also very kind and caring. Amazing service... Thank you!

This is a brilliant place to bring youngsters! Why? 2 big reasons, lots of activities to work of energy, but most of all the young assistants were super friendly and helpful! I mean they went out their way to teach my 9 year old grandson how to roll properly and looked after him! So thanks David and Kyle and tge other staff I talked too!

Friendly and helpful service upon arrival. Equipment was is good condition and our children thoroughly enjoyed their session. The layout is great with the spectators balcony overlooking the fun. The 1 hour session was pretty pricy though, compared to other similar places we've visited. The toilets were a bit messy at the time we visited which was disappointing. We would consider returning though and recommend to others.

Amazing facility, my son celebrated his birthday there. All the staff where amazing and friendly. The host was really attentive and the management went above and beyond (kelly) went out of their way to ensure my son had the best party. Food was really high quality and the staff where really safety conscious, which is reassuring to see. Thank you all and would highly recommend.

Kids had a blast. Its a shame that the cube with the light game was not working. Would have given a 5 star otherwise. Friendly staff. Cafeteria may benefit from having a bell. So when staff are in the kitchen they are aware that customer is waiting. Hot and cold drinks both good.

Great customer service from start to finish. We attended the 4 & under session which was perfect for the little ones to explore without worrying about the older children bumping into them. The staff (Kyle & Curtis) we’re extra attentive with the children and engaged in play with them, demonstrating how different games worked which really added a personal touch to our visit and encouraged the children to get more involved with all of the equipment. The new soft play is amazing and was a nice surprise! The snacks at the cafe were baked fresh and delicious. Everywhere was very clean and well ran. I cannot fault our experience, all the staff went above and beyond our expectations and we’ll certainly be visiting again! Thanks for al of your time and efforts!

I was very impressed with the ladies on that reception desk, was swiftly asked to complete a health and safety form, watched a quick video about safety and off we went. Was greeted by a very clean, welcoming and fun area. We was served by Kelly at the bar area and was very friendly and very helpful. She helped me with drinks down to our table and asked if we needed anything else. Amazing service and a Kelly is credit to your team. Thank you very much for a great and fun time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have taken my autistic grandchild to Boost a few times and it's the happiest I have seen him. On entering Boost you are greeted with a smile and check in is easy. Everywhere is clean and all staff conduct themselves in a professional manner. The cafe is very reasonably priced too. We love Boost
