Went in the morning for a breakfast at it was quite a good experience. The staff were really friendly and quite helpful. Overall was a very pleasant experience and the breakfast was quite delicious as well.

The worst McDonald’s in Portugal. This supose to be a Mayestro Burger with Mushrooms for 7 EUR! 3 slices of mushrooms?

Just for one week I would love these people to get my order correct and those machines have minds of their own. I mean I know cheese is loved by the Portuguese but holy burger buns. Just please when I say no cheese I don't mean I want double. It doesn't mean please pick off the cheese from just the top of the burger and what's more while I'm in the mood. Coffee please take note. Americano coffee comes with more hot water and no if I ask for one coffee I do not mean I want two why eat with a clown when I can dine with a king... Bk don't do coffee in the forum. Doh

Had fillet-o-fish menu - the so-called fillet was so small and thin, and was more room temperature than hot. Same for the chips. Had bad acid reaction 10 mins later. At least the place was clean as well as the toilets.

Well, MacDonald's is MacDonald's, the food consistency is good, even though there are slight variations in quality throughout the day. (Mostly because of the picks of customers.) Apart from that, it's just the usual, tasty and quick. If you're in a rush it's a no-brainer.

Not enough staff and the automatic machines were too complicated to work easily.

McDonalds are all the same in Portugal. Friendly staff, and you know what you are getting for food. It is much better than what we have available in the US. This looks and tastes much better, it really looks like the ingredients are much higher quality and are natural not plastic like in the US. I wish we could have this management and ingredients in USA. In the US, as in everything its all about doing everything the cheapest and fastest way. Burger King still better.
