Originally I was headed for boba, but the place was closed and I was glad because it gave me a chance to stop here and try Koshari (Egypt's national dish) for the first time and I loved it. It's a mix of rice, vermicelli noodles, macaroni, and lentils topped with fried onions and a tomato-based sauce. It also comes with three additional sauces (mild red sauce in big bowl, green sauce in the cup is a vinegar sauce and the flavor reminds me a bit of chimchurri, but with a slightly different flavor of course, and the smaller red cup has a spicier red sauce). Don't be afraid to try all of the sauces. I drenched my dish and it was perfect. The portion size is large too so I ate half for my lunch and I'm taking the rest to my son for his pre-game football meal so he can carb & protein-up. I have a feeling he's going love it. The service was also excellent. Go try it!

I recently dined at Sphinx Egyptian Kitchen and had the pleasure of trying their Shawarma plate. It was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The Shawarma plate was a true culinary masterpiece. The flavors were an explosion in my mouth, with perfectly seasoned and tender slices of meat. The blend of spices and the way it was grilled to perfection made this dish a true standout. I also must commend the excellent service I received during my visit. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They ensured I had a memorable dining experience.

The food was delicious! I ordered the beef shawarma and it was So dang good. It had so much rich flavors. My husband ordered Koshari, it’s a meatless dish with so much flavor, we want to work our way through the different menu items they offer. We will be back soon. ❤️ 🤤

Amazing staff,good customer service..cheerful and smiling ..tried the shawerma wrap (little acidic taste or more vinegar than usual) wish they decrease the vinegar so we can taste the meet flavor...baklava was yummy...place is very clean and new.

Love the staff here. The restaurant’s fare was new to me so I took a recommendation — Hawawshi paired with Baba Ganoush 😋 So good. Mate said his Koshari was a 5 out of 5 so I might try that next time
