Terrible customer service for a Chick-fil-A establishment (way to ruin a good reputation!). They have a habit of making you park for a simple drive-thru order only to forget you exist. It will usually take 20 minutes before someone comes out with your order. Whoever is managing this location needs to lay off the reefer. God bless.

Very disappointed with the service. I was seating there for a a long time and nobody came and ask me how I was doing while another person with a different melanin content in their body was asked at least 2x in the same amount of time I was there. His table was cleaned and we're asked if they could take the bag that was there same as mine.

Wow good food but this place has serious problems with the help I gave four stars because I had to wait like 45 mins to order an get my food in my hand. If it's going to take that long you can call it fast food. Also I realize they are new employees an the place it self if new but the guy that helped take my order was out of it. I'm sure they got it together by now I'd hope anyway.

It's chick fil a, the service is what is expected and known for. The food is always good except when you get fries that are nothing but the broken pieces.

Miriam helped us in the drive thru line today. she had THE best energy, was engaging authentically with us and our kids and was efficiently moving through the line as well. Thank you for the “would you like the kid t-o-y-s?” instead of saying toys for the kids to hear-pro move. Miriam is a rockstar!!

I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. Tyler was the cashier, his customer service was exceptional, and he had a great personality, and he recommended to me what to have as well. The atmosphere was nice, I got my meal super quick, and it tasted good as well 😊 I was like, I should have bought another sandwich. Lol. The place was clean and I definitely will visit again. Great job Chic-fil-A!

Watch out with your drinks, even if you ask for easy ice, they still put more than 2 thirds of ice in the cup. That's such a rip off, most likely per management instructions to increase their bonuses. At least 2 times they have done that and I'll never go back to this location.

Went through the drive through and I ordered. I took off one thing I ordered and it took like 15 minutes in drive thru. He put the wrong item again and had to cancel it. I think the crew started getting frustrated because my chicken sandwich was cold. The cheese was cold. It was a failure. This was on friday 7/7/23 around 7-8 pm. Took like two bites and realized I wasted a good 10$

Just what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. Always check your order though just in case. They forgot my sauce last time I was here, but everything else was great.

Staff is always great and the food is good but I've come to realize that I don't think I have ever received a full Large fry from this location. Someone please explain how this constitutes as a large fry?

Very nice people. I came for a catering order for a hospital luncheon. They were very friendly, prompt and sincere about helping me with my order. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite or a large corporate order.

Other than a problem with the app not my points, the sitch was remedied by the manager. Food was on par (excellent) Service was superb Atmosphere was a bit life, but it was jr hi day, apparently

I normally have good experiences but this time they single charged each item to my wife's order instead of making it a meal. I think the kid was new working at the drive through. Also didn't get any Chick-fil-A sauce.

Horrible service. I had placed an order for pick up at drive through. As I waited I had a worker inform me I had to get out of line because I didn't go through their process. She explained they had cones out, showing where the line started, but there were no cones in sight. Last time I support this Chick-fil-A. You would think this company had better standards.

Chick-fil-A in Whittier, CA is a five-star gem! The food is consistently delicious, with the famous chicken sandwiches and waffle fries stealing the show. The service is always friendly and efficient, making it a pleasure to dine in or drive through. Highly recommended for a satisfying fast food experience!

They were very nice. Service spot on. Food hot and fresh. Very tasty. Nice to go thru a drive-thru and not have anything missing out of the order.

I’ve been to this establishment many times over the last few years, and I just spent over 50 dollars to feed my family here. The drive thru experience was worse than ever. It has been deteriorating over the last year or so, but the kind and pleasant experience that once was, is now obnoxious in their attempts to be quick, and lacks all the personal and polite experience that used to be the case. I won’t being going back here anytime soon.

Quick fast quality customer service that tends to treat you like a customer. They are quick to say hello and very kind with their words making you feel important... I appreciate this just being welcomed into a facility is sometimes very hard..

I have to say, the staff here is so courteous I have 0 complaints about the food and service. There are however A LOT of young adults and teenagers that frequent this store and have very loud conversations that young ears shouldn't be exposed to.

The glare from the tiny can't read menu the worker holds up so you can order is garbage I wish they'd wait til we just get to the big menu. Drive thru line wasnt too horrible

The salad is really refreshing. The sandwiches are alright and my 6 yr olds loved the nuggets. Dining in side during this hot and humid weather is refreshing. 9/3/2022

Food was great dining area was very clean with beautiful flowers on each table. I was not given my chicken sandwich when the cashier scaned my app. So that was a bummer. The offer was removed as used in my app too.

I love the best chicken restaurant in the Whittwood Mall and my gift card really works after all. The last time I ate there was in 2017 with my best friend Justin Gonzales.

Ordered some sandwiches, nuggets & strips. Order was all correct. All meals were tasty and nice and warm. Carry from the front door was quick and easy. The drive through line seemed long but with the staff members being efficient. That line moved really quick.
