Rude employees & cooks people eating dinning in and they rush you to leave 20 min before closing time… they closed the bathrooms 1 hr before closing time were in the middle of a pandemic and need to wash our hands. Food is very plain tasting no flavor.

First time trying this place. Service is fine, but food isn't really tasty. Fish and beef ribs are way over cooked. Disappointed and will prefer going to Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Will not go back. You guys really need to improve your cooking skill.

L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is really good but the service could use some improvement. The service is slightly bland and could use some excitement. The food is delicious and is a comforting balance meal. I ordered the pork cabbage bowl with a canned guava drink. My friend ordered a Pork Katsu bowl. The bowls come with rice and vegetables. It is a well balanced meal especially when you need something comforting. I would recommend sitting there or taking it home. The longer it sits the better.

I was impressed with how nice and fast the service was. Unfortunately, the food was not good. The macaroni salad tasted old and it was warm. The katsu chicken was clearly reheated. It was dry and overcooked. Couldn't eat it.

The food is good but go to a different location. They skimp out on sauces as they barely fill their sauce cups, about a quarter full. They also forgot to put in katsu sauce with my chicken katsu.

4 times I’ve ordered from this place, 4 times they’ve completely messed my order up. Completely incompetent.

Recently decided to try this place. I have always avoided it for some reason. Ordered spam musubis that's a special price on Tuesdays and BBQ chicken salad. Kids loved the musubis. I loved the bbq chicken salad. Price is right and food tastes great! Will definitely be back.

Fast food chains often make customers feel like just a passerby or a number. However, when I stopped by yesterday to pick up a to-go order, the crew member handling my order was rather attentive and prompt. While I happened to excuse myself for a moment, he held the order for me. When I was done, he still remembered me and made sure I’d be on the road again with no fuss!

Place is OK. Just need to be consistent with better quality meat.

Every time I go to L&L my food is fire. I usually get the Loco Moco as it is my fave dish. I call place the order and it’s always prepared and warm when I get there. Even when I order in person my food is ready quickly and prepared in a timely presentable fashion. Love it 😋

Manager never failed to amaze me how rude he is to both customer and staff. Chicken katsu looks old and not crispy. Never going back.

Food was good, but they forgot to give me the extra macaroni salad we paid for.

Food is awesome here and not too overpriced for how much food you get, with today's economy McDonald's costs more than this place but you can't even compare the food.

Good menu options. Healthy section and musubis are my go to items. I tried their bowls and burgers... pretty good. This ix just me..I don't like if they serve too saucy or salty.. but that's due to health reasons other than that if you're a binger.. this is a good spot.

Check out the quality of the meat they're handing out. :( unfortunate, most L&Ls are great.

Be careful at this place look at your Food Peops! I got a hair on one of our plates when asked to talk to manager when I went back they were not there. left my phone number have picture, proof of purchase and no response. NOT great at all!! Would call corporate, but not worth time for my $24. My stomach was more mad!!!😠

Ordered bbq mix, chicken and beef is good. They cooked the rice well👌. Also recommend their spam musubi, kind of salty but so good
