Their Ob/gyn practice is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. For starters it took about three weeks for me to get in to see Dr. Regina Whitfield. Once I arrived to the appointment and encountered Dr. Whitfield there was no eye contact from her at all except at the beginning and very end of the appointment, for majority of the appointment she kept her face in the computer. She was not very knowledgeable about my condition and stated that she would call me with more information later on in the day. She never provided me with medication information concerning my morning sickness and just simply rushed me out of the office. I never received a phone call from her about a serious medical condition ( history of blood clots) that day or ever. I had a follow up prenatal appointment three weeks later inwhich I received a letter in the mail 9 days after my first appointment stating that my appointment was canceled and that I would have to reschedule both my ultrasound and prenatal appointment. This is a very special time for me and she was rated as one of the best doctors in the Ob/gyn practice. I will not be returning there for care of my pregnancy!!

This review is based on my experience on February 15, 2013. I been taking my Mom to Group Health Clifton office for approximately two years now. Her primary care physician (Abbie Youklis she's and awesome doctor I miss you already), left the practice. Mom had to be schedule for a follow up appointment (after a 5 day hospital stay). Someone from Group Health contacted me to schedule Mom appointment. I told the associate that I have not selected a new primary care doctor, she stated that Dr. Farzad Mazloomi is accepting new patients. Dr. Mazloomi is very insensitive. Before he examined Mom he walk in the examination room asking me what do you expect me to do for your Mom. He stated I should call hospice, and they could do more for her than he could. When Mom was discharged from the hospital no one stated hospice to me. As I was got Mom ready to leave Dr. Mazloomi was at the front desk talking to his nurse looking at me with disgust. I feel everyone deserve to be treated with dignity and respect whether you're 78 years old or 1 month old. Thank you Dr. Mazloomi your bedside manners are the worst.

The people were great. I can NOT give it 5 stars because the waiting room was so dirty. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos this time, I sincerely wish I did. The chairs were sticky in some places. I also felt like I needed a mask like germs were everywhere and I'm not a germ-a-phob!!!! It was a large waiting room for I suspect multiple doctors. It was utterly disgusting. Other than that, the place was great. The check in people were very helpful & kind. The Dr. I seen was Amazing. But that waiting area really left an impression on me. I was really afraid I would get sick myself sitting there.

I don’t feel like a human to this office. Twice I had to call about abnormal test results. A nurse didn’t call me either time. The front desk staff was incredibly rude to me when I was already stressed about my results. I am uninsured and my doctor is aware of this. She encouraged me to get a vaccine. I was then billed $563 for the shot. The shot cost more than my medical procedure. I will no longer be using this office. Treat your patients like human beings and remember not everyone has health insurance.

Everyone in this facility is extremely kind! I take my both babies to the pediatrician there, I can't ask for a better service, they truly care, they also have DR on call available after business hours and during the weekend as well.

The staff isn’t bad but they rush me through check in and check out. Some doctor appointments get turned in to nurse appointments without much or any notice. My annual checkup was changed to a phone call last minute so I couldn’t cancel without penalty and got stuck with the full bill for 5 minute call. My PCP will take the time to listen to my questions but just a rouse to refer me to her specialists friends down the hall who don’t ever seem to know what to do. Very shady practices.

Re: Dr. Jennifer Walker, Tammy & Team at the Mohs Surgical Unit. Dr. Jennifer Walker is an excellent MOHs surgeon. The surgery was highly effective. The post-surgery guidance was terrific with very little bleeding and no irritation. I remain so very so impressed by Dr. Walker's and her care team's expertise, care and compassion! Dr Mazloomi and Dr Nick are young, amazing doctors. They’re down to earth and don’t sugar coat anything. Both have that human aspect about their personalities that many doctors lack. They are not arrogant and they actually listen. I don’t have serious medical issues but when I do need them, they respond quickly and always create the best plan of action for my ailments. I hope they never leave and I hope TriHealth notices how amazing they are and compensate them accordingly. Insurance has dismantled how a physician can care for his patients but these two fight for you and don’t let these awful insurance con-men bully them into anything. Good to know I have a dr who actually cares about me, not the bottom line. Hopefully the administration doesn’t ruin that. Guys, it’s the insurance and administration that are ruining our health care. Not the doctors. They’re both hard to get to, but if u do finally get in with one of them, hold on tight, because you’re lucky and in great hands! Keep it up Dr Maz & Nick! Momma Geneva and I love you guys!

I always have an easy time booking an appt with my GP. I actually switched my daughter over to the same office because of how easy it is to schedule appointments and how quick and simple the whole process is. We never have a long wait before being called back. My daughter was a huge fan of her new pediatrician, Dr. Katheryn Jadeed. She made the checkup informational but understandable for my soon to be 7 year old. She answered all my questions and concerns quickly and double checked a few things we had to have checked out at the little clinic because her precious pediatricians office was too difficult to get into. Overall, from my personal doctor to my daughters, back to my time as a child going to GHA in Clifton, I’ve always had a great experience and loved how simple and easy it’s been. If you’re in the market for a new DR check out GHA. They all have been terrific!

Dr. John Alford is an excellent physician. We met under pretty stressful circumstances; I was in between primary care doctors and had a medical emergency which needed prompt attention. My insurance company referred me to Dr. Alford who had a telemed opening the same day; he did a full, new patient intake appointment via video chat, took everything I said seriously, and then took immediate steps to order tests to quickly nail down a diagnosis. Over the next year, we had another video chat, an in-person appointment and multiple conversations via the MyChart app. Without exception, Dr. Alford exhibited kindness, patience, empathy and brought me in as a partner rather than just tossing out instructions for me to blindly follow. He also helped me to circumvent what would have been a 6-month delay to see a specialist by referring me to another amazing physican who was available within just a few weeks and was expertly trained to do the same medical procedure. I feel blessed to have met Dr. Alford, and expect that he will be my PCP for many years to come.

Don’t ever go there for physical therapy after an auto accident my case has been over since December 2022, these people don’t even know what fax number to give my adjuster so that he can request my bills and pay them! I’ve been giving so many fax numbers to give him and there all wrong! The last place said they haven’t done auto claims for them since 2018 smh no one is on the same page!!!!

They work with the most ruthless collection agency. Don’t forget to pay your bill or you will certainly pay that’s for sure. They are monsters, I’d never go here again if I knew that needing psychiatric care would get my wages garnished when I was trying to work with them on a payment plan. The actual Hospital was rude. Asked inappropriate questions in front of my 8 year old sister. Left me alone for hours in the ER.
