About a year ago I had to have them cut my rings off due to weight gain. I was wearing a 6 1/2 ring on an 8 finger. So i had to wait for my finger to go back to normal. Well my husband had them repair and size my rings and his band too and we got them back today and i they look BRND NEW! They are so clean shiny and beautiful. I can not thank yall enough!!!! This local business is incredible. I stopped in for the first time to have a clasp on my necklace replaced/repaired and they provided remarkable service. Great customer service and prices. I had work done on 5 watches and thought that it was going to cost at least 5 times more than what they charged. Their customer service was great towards me and all the other customers as I observed while waiting. This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last. They also sell jewelry too.

I brought my wife's Invicta watch for a battery replacement which was done right on the spot. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Great personable staff and reasonable prices. I'm definitely a repeat customer for sure!!!

My mother purchased a stainless steel link necklace from Fletcher's and it was supposedly 100% authentic but after a year the stainless steel necklace turned dark gray, which was an absolute waste of my mother's money. I am very disappointed with the unethical practices. I am requesting for a replacement necklace to correct the deceitfulness of your company. My mother does not have her receipt but I know you are able to retrieve her name in your database records. I've purchased several gold bracelet from Fletchers and I never had a problem until now. I wasn't going to address the issue but everytime my mother wears the necklace I am reminded of how Fletchers took advantage of my elderly mother. My mother is very sweet and loving. My mother is hurt she paid $160 for a fake. I am requesting you correct this matter. Thank you. It would be greatly appreciated and the right thing to do.
