Not sure if hours are correct in Google search. It says closes at 9PM, went to this location in Cordova @ about 8:15 and it was completely closed. 2 stars for either not having correct hours on Google search, or the place closing early on their own accord. I would do 1 star because of that reason but that High Intensity cocoa cinnamon almond smoothie is so good!

Very rude. Debit card machine was not working, I informed I had a 100 dollar bill. “We can’t break that” well you also can’t take debit cards right now. So for the Inconvenience take this bill. I was told no.

The smoothies are fantastic!! Service is hit or miss. The responsiveness and professionalism from the owner needs attention. And on your life, do not use the app to place your order unless you agree to $25 deduction from your account with every purchase. Germantown and midtown locations are supreme!!!

Great crew working here. I really like the fact the young man taking my order wasn't sure how to put in part of my order and quickly asked for help. He made sure that my order was taken quickly and properly to make sure my smoothies were perfect. Everyone was working hard either working on orders, cleaning, or prepping. Everyone was polite and smiling.

I never visited Smoothie King due to the reviews of ingredients not being fresh. Always did Tropical Smoothie, never had an issue with fresh. Heard about the Smoothie Bowls in May & decided to go there. Fresh ingredients for the first 5 visits, the 6th visit, looked like the strawberries had been sitting overnight in juice & they tasted old. Called manager was offered to make another one, did not take it, just called to tell them to check it. 2 days later tried it again, same thing bad fruit. Didn't go for 2 weeks & visited this morning, SAME THING! $11.51 for an item is too much to NOT get what you want.MGR. should realize you go to a places like that for fresh. Use fresh fruit if you are going to display the fruit on top of of the menu item. I will try the new one on Whitten Rd once they open, until then back to Tropical Smoothie. Last photo is first time I got Smoothie Bowl you can clearly see the difference in the Strawberries

My favorite smoothie spot! Highly recommended. I always get the angle food, no milk & add mango.

Love the smoothies. They always make me feel so refreshing. For some reason this day was a longgg wait though and I was the first person in line.

Went to get a smoothie for a sweet healthy dessert at 8:45pm (open til 9pm per door), to find the doors locked with staff standing around playing on their phones.

Slow, poor customer service. Window girl doesn't greet you, doesn't repeat your order, doesn't give you a receipt, and then asks did she forget something after not getting your order right. Oh and they are very slow.

Attempted to place an app order around 9:30am after I couldn't place an order at the Lakeland location, but was given the error message that this location was closed and to choose another location, even though the store hours say you're open. The Lakeland location can't handle app/online orders today and when I chose this location it says it's closed even though it should be open. Bad service all around.

I’ve been coming to this location for roughly two years, almost every work day in the summer. I’m not sure if management or staff has changed but this location has continuously declined. Be prepared to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes in the drive through and that’s on a good day. On top of the wait there’s times where they have charged me for a medium and made a small. So know your wait may be even longer due to the errors the employees make on a regular basis. I’m defiantly looking for another place to stop instead of smoothie king, at least this location on Dexter Road.

3 times I’ve asked for added fruits or custom drinks they never get it right.. No remake I won’t my money back.

I make a visit to a Smoothie King a few times a week. I always get tye same thing. I admit I've never been a smoothie person. My husband turned me onto the Hulk with vanilla. It's so good and I'm not a butter pecan person. But in this smoothie it works and is O SO GOOD. I get the small. Anything more than that and with me it goes to waste. It keeps me full thru my day til dinner time.
