This is a good Chick-fil-A. The staff was friendly and polite. The place was clean inside.

4.5/5 This is good hybrid between gourmet burger and typical McDonalds burger. During the busy lunch hour we visited the drive thru was well organized. There were 2 people taking orders ahead of the time and the food was ready by the time we reached the window. Customer service was good and food we got was also good

The women here are very impatient. They have bad attitudes & rush you to get your order out. They make you very nervous, and they play a lot at the window. They don’t have the orders together got my food and still waited on my drinks. I hate coming here it is not welcoming at all.

Last night, their Managers in the grey shirts, two white male employees made Us wait for our food until it was cold. This generation of workers are messed up and have zero social skills and do not care about Customer service! Their bias and racism is an issue too here in Georgia! This is why I cook at home and stay away from these restaurants! It’s ridiculous and they have no purpose in life!

Been going here for over a decade & have always enjoyed great service and food. Extremely clean store. I recently noticed their 100 health code! Get 👏🏼it 👏🏼! Love the team they have assembled there. Zach always does a great job. Ed keeps the sauce station so organized. Isabel always offers service with a smile.

Chick fil a is known for there friendly service and they get you through the line quickly, that's always the case, but the food is becoming, hit or mis, the lemonade has become a white color drink with little taste, the chicken biscuit has too much bread or uncooked bread , the chicken sandwich is still great and the service is still great. The breakfast is suspect at times

This chick-fil-a is full of rude employees, the guy with the swooped blonde hair just threw food out the window, slammed it down with an attitude, they forgot a piece of my order , I went back and told “Imani” i believe the name tag was , whoever was in the window had a very nasty attitude “ WELL WHAT’S WRONG WITH IT” after I said three time It wasn’t my order , “WELL CAN I GET A TICKET FOR REFERENCE” , it’s sad I had to tell a chick-fil-a employee not to be rude about things like someone getting the wrong order. I was honest about it, unhappy with the customer service , especially being a pregnant woman, they could’ve done so much better!

Just went to get a gallon of the world's best lemonade late on a Saturday night. I served to my family the next day with Sunday dinner & it didn't disappoint! The last drop is for me😊

We came here for the playground since we are traveling and wanted to give the kids a break. This location is advertised for having a playground in both the app and on Google. There technically is a playground but it's closed off. Apparently its been closed since the "pandemic" and being used for a trashed out storage area. Well, sorry to break it to ya but, it's December 2022. It's over. Get one of your 30 employees that are on the clock to clean it out so kids (and parents) can enjoy themselves. Food and service is excellent as per usual which is why you get 2 stars instead of one. We were all terribly disappointed, especially my kids, that the playground was closed.

They are just like the rest passing out trash. Ordered a Cobb salad had no chicken nuggets on top. Then I have to drive back to get salad remade. Let it be known is raining and thundering outside. Then I get the remade salad home it has bad lettuce and alien fingers in it. So all that my pleasure and quality is gone out the window. Not me first bad experience at this location. This one just push my over the edge. Pictures of alien fingers and bad lettuce is posted.

I come here often and it’s always a pleasant experience! Jesse made my day today. His customer service was amazing and he made a great recommendation on the seasonal mango milkshake ! My daughter loved it. Keep him in the drive thru, he is awesome!

EVERY TIME I visit this Chick-fil-A they greet you with kindness and patience. The food is good but the service is EXCELLENT! Some restaurants have gotten away from great service but not this one. Thank you management!

I understanding drive thru efficiency to have people taking orders ahead of the squak-box but when it’s 19° outside it’s really impressive (maybe even borderline unnecessarily abusive) that the staff are outside like it’s normal. That said, the outside employees were very courteous and kind. The food was hot and the order correct. Excellent experience as always. But extra kudos to those outside employees freezing their butts off.

Super friendly staff. Got the order exactly as ordered! Inside atmosphere was also very pleasant.

Honestly have never been inside. But the drive through moves quickly and their fries are seasoned just right, which I noticed... every location, though mostly pretty great, has not quite mastered the fine balance and art of the perfectly salted waffle fries. Lol.

I always spend around $70-$80 every time I go here for 7 households and it's always satisfying. The last time I was here they missed putting my salad, I called them once I got home and let them know. They replaced it and never expect a letter from them in couple of days with free salad and brownie gift card! Thank you Chick-Fil-A!

This place have best employees. Alway helpful well manner treat customer Best service in town. My kids Loves the place. They have big heart. Treat peoples with respect. Gentlemen & all beautiful lady that work in this chick fil- a.. kind ❤️ hearts.

I gotta get this off my chest, this is my local chick fil a and I would like to lay down some rules. At this location, the line wraps around through the parking lot (read the sign when you pull in). At this location order through the app, they location literally gave away food everyday if you did the order through the app in March but no you guys hold the line up asking for a menu just to order a #1 no pickles, chick fil a sauce, and a lemonade with no ice. Now it’s 2 in progress and 6 waiting because of you. Lastly, it’s only one way in and one way out at this chick fil, when leaving out you literally have to gun it. Employees and managers are great per usual. SN: those grilled chicken nuggets are the TRUTH

I’ve been craving chicken minis and ordered and bought them. Got home and there was just chicken and no bread which is the best part😭😭

Chick-fil-A makes the best chicken sandwiches. I remember tasting samples in the mall as a kid and would always make a special stop when I returned to GA after moving away for work. I'm glad to see they still make a great sandwich while innovating faster ordering (app, pick up window, car ordering, and faster drive-through). Chick-fil-A has always been one of the cleanest and friendliest fast food places and that tradition continues.

I love this location. The staff should know me by name now. “Ashley D. Mobile order, no changes”, guys do a mobile order, I love skipping the line. Makes me feel so important. Anyways, the staff is great and the managers… Mr.Steamy/Dreamy are handsome ❤️

This review is really just for the drive-thru and using the mobile app. The drive thru is pretty slow, even when it’s not busy, but it’s beyond me how I can use their app, order way ahead of time, and still get told to pull up because my order isn’t ready even though several people behind me with large orders get their order before I do. It seems the only purpose of using the app is to make it easier on them, not me.

There was a black bug in my food 😒😒😒 manager Conor didn’t seem very “pleasured” and had a NICE NASTY attitude about it and tried making me search for the bug in the middle of the drive thru with a flash light like i was lying or something and would leave my house twice to go back to chick fil a …this has probably ruined my love for chick fil a…I am disgusted.

Placed a large order. Recipe on the bag was correct only to find we were missing a sandwich. Refunds do nothing when we chose this for convenience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had a a Chick-fil-A. My oder was completely wrong. I ordered a chicken mini and was was charge for and given 3 orders. I asked for a sausage muffin with cheese and git a muffin with eggNO sausage. I have never had an issue with Chick-fil-A but today I was highly disappointed.

I always place mobile orders and pick them up through the drive thru. Mekhi at the drive thru window made my recent breakfast visit very memorable. It's true when they say that a little kindness goes a long way.

This was my 3rd time trying Chic fil a. The entire bottom of the chicken sandwich was white and moldy. I don't know why anyone eats at chic fil a. Also my parfait didn't have blueberry's only some strawberry and it was black stuff in the yogurt.

Great place to eat. Prices are a little steep though. Believe I'm done getting the lemonade I love so much. A large lemonade should not be right at 3 dollars

Fast Friendly and accurate....all around pleasant visit. McDonalds Bk and other fast food restaurants cant blame awful service on young kids b/c CF has a lot of young kids and they are all very mannerable and accurate. Everything flows from the head down. They do and act what they see train them in the way. Great job Chick-fila!!!

My first at a C-f-a. Great drive though experience. Employees were polite, helpful and treat customers with a lot of respect. I don’t normally eat from fast food establishments, but I will make exception in the future. Have to say the employees made it a really nice experience. Oh yeah the food is good too.

My daughter and I decided to get breakfast and needed it quick. Stopped here the lines were long, but it's chik fil a so they usually move fast. Not today after waiting to place the order for ever we finally get around was handed our drinks and told to pull forward for our food. After noticing several people being asked to pull forward and wait but they were get their food and they were behind us. called the young lady over and she looked confused asking what we ordered when she was the one to tell us to move forward. Anyway I tell her and she still come back with incorrect food. I never waited 29 minutes for chik fil a ever.

Every Chick-fil-a is always great and this one was no exception. This one possibly was a little nicer than others. We had an all around great lunch.

Always happy with my experiences at any Chick-fil-A because they're always first class. Great food, friendly staff and clean facilities. Five Stars all the way...

This place always has a line wrapped around the building with an officer directing traffic. I wish they didn't have to share the parking lot with the neighboring holiday Inn hotel because they do get a lot of drive thru traffic from that. They also get a lot of folks cutting the line who don't follow the sign & loop all the way around. But their food is always hot & fresh & their staff is nice.

Very impressed with the management at this location. They were understaffed (thanks pandemic) but handling the crowds beautifully!! I saw 3 managers outside working the drive thru and a fourth in the window pulling orders!! Very refreshing to see servant leaders working alongside their team! Molly says thank you, she loves her Chick-fil-A ice dream!!

We were taking 56 students to camp in NC and decided to stop here. I called ahead and they accommodated our students so well! They treated us with kindness and moved so quickly! They were so great we decided to visit again on the way back! Thank you for caring for our hungry students!
