We move here around three months ago. And we are so disappointed of this place. To be honest at the first visit it was nice the pools, common areas, cycling room, yoga studio and gym and definitely we were wrong to be impressive about that. Maintenance it’s not the best, pools mostly of the time are so dirty and almost green and cloudy water same for the spas. The Emergency stairs has a lot of pet hair, and dusty, hallways so dirty and strong smells to dog urine, People are not nice they hang towels and clothes for ever in the balconies, bags everywhere in the trash room. I do not recommend to leave here. My husband already talked about the maintenance issues at the office a couple times. Sorry but I’m more disappointed to live here.

Absurd rent increases year over year, 15% in 2022 and 25% in 2023. In total, 54% more since 2019, while the overall "luxury" living experience got worse. The 2023 rent offer end-up being hundreds dollars more than the market price, and the only option offered by Legacy Partner was to move to an empty unit and sign a new lease. I found a better place in a nicer location.

We have lived at MSV for 2.5 years and have only had a great experience. Management and maintenance has been really helpful throughout all our issues and very understanding. We happily signed for another lease! 1. Our apartment flooded and the maintenance team worked with a service through 2AM to dry it out and mitigate further damage to our items. They worked with us throughout the 30 days it took to repair the unit and although it is stressful dealing with a flood, I had full confidence they would get us back in as quickly as possible. 2. When rents were raised to market, Evan Andelin worked with us and other residents looking out for price changes so we could transfer to other units. He truly went above and beyond what I ever expected from a leasing agent at a corporate owned building. I came home one day to a notice of the rate drops and was able to go through them, tour a unit, and sign all in the next day. Am I paying more than before? Yes, but it cut my rent increase in half! Absolutely amazing support. 3. The maintenance team has always been able to get to our service requests in a timely manner. Even when they couldn’t, I brought up the concern and they were able to expedite the process. Our faucet broke and it was replaced within 24hrs, our blinds broke and we were able to get replacements once we requested them, when the gas went out due to safety switch that was flipped they fixed it right away. All the pros have been from the staff that work here. They care about helping the residents and it shows. All you have to do is ask for the help. The only cons I have experienced are 1) light in my previous unit was less than I’d like and 2) some other residents. There are your normal residents you have at other places that don’t clean up after their dogs well and park in your assigned spot, but management has worked to lessen this. An absolute pro for residents though is Carolyn who runs the gym on the roof, cooking classes, and the community garden. She is a pleasure to talk to and she is passionate about what she does. Thank you MSV and I’m excited to live here another year, hopefully longer!

I've been calling this place home for around six months now, and it's been a great experience. The location's top-notch, with easy access to Highway 405. My unit with dual balconies is a real treat. Many amenities and nice features, but what truly stands out here is the parking situation—there's plenty of space, and if you own an EV or hybrid, they provide a green sticker for easy access parking in convenient corners. Plus, there are extra parking spots available, which has been really helpful when you have guests. Even though I only have one assigned parking space, I've had no trouble parking both my cars without any additional cost. The staff and maintenance team are responsive and respectful. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Yolanda was my leasing agent she was amazing. We appreciated her she helped us. We are so happy to live here at Main Street Village. This is going to be our new home for years to come. Beautiful community.

Recently came for a movie night with my friend who lives here, and it was amazing! The office team especially Stephanie was very pleasant and helpful. Considering living here now!

I’ve been living at Main St for 3.5 years. Every time I have a problem, UT is always there. UT is very nice, humble, and very well Experian in everything. He’s always responsive and always gets the job done. Main St Village has a gem and I hope they know it. Thank You UT

Ut has without a doubt one of the most helpful people around the complex. He is always quick to respond to our requests regarding any issues pertaining to the unit and always has everything fixed before he leaves, even issues that we didn't mention to him, but he noticed. I can honestly say that every complex/community needs someone like him!

I'm glad they come right away if my washing machine breaks down. This time, I was able to get a new one on the same day, which was helpful.
