I wanted to update my review after completing my 8 Laser Treatments. If you are a red head, please be aware that this treatment may not work for you. After my first 3 treatments to no results, I finally saw a nurse that informed me of this and actually wanted to help. She changed some settings a I started to see some results. I requested her for every future appointment they would not guarantee it so I had to call every time and push to get my appointment with her. Only about half of my 8 treatments ended up being with her, and because of that I barely had about half the results I expected. The hair has decreased for a while, but a few months later is has ALL grown back. If I could go back in time I would reconsider how much I spent (just start with one area), and go to the nurse that helped for 100% of the appointments. They tried to sell me on "touch ups" at the end, but I feel like they knew that all along and are just trying to get more money.

Alexis at the Tustin location is so professional, knowledgeable and confident in helping with scheduling, choosing the right treatment packages and with products I need. I purchased the clear and brilliant 6 session package and love my nurse Jessica. Jessica is very thorough and genuinely cares about my concerns regarding skincare. Alexis takes time and is patient with all questions before and after treatments. I’ve also had Botox here and purchased products from this location. Friendliest staff, clean lobby, rooms and ultra relaxing!

Excellent experience all-around. The clinic is sparkling clean. Nurse Nahal was extremely professional and very thorough with my care. Also helps that everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

The girls are very nice I love them ❤️ I saw the results since second session. I'm very satisfied with the result. Not much pain, no burning. My skin now is very soft and beautiful. Thanks LaserAway😘

I go to Tustin and let me tell you that the nurses are amazing! This time I was helped by Katherine and she’s AMAZING! June and the other 2 girls that were in the reception are amazing as well. My body hurt a little after this second time but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. I did my whole upper body and face. You see results since the first treatment of your hair is thin as mine

Jessica is Amazing! She is very professional, sweet and very tentative. Jessica is an amazing trainer. This laser away is very clean and such pleasant staff.

I had my third treatment at LaserAway yesterday and once again had a wonderful experience. Katherine was my RN this time and she did an incredible job. She was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I felt very comfortable with her and I will definitely be requesting her for my next few appointments coming up as she delivered a wonderful experience. Thanks Katherine!

Highly unfriendly and unprofessional in terms of customer service location. I have made an appointment and they called me 2 times before my time to confirm. I confirmed. Also they sent 1 email for the same confirmation which I also confirmed. Though and nevertheless they called 30 min early. I am working person and what is the point to go through appointment system and bother a patient 3 times with confirmation requests if you are not going to follow the time it was scheduled ? Does not make any sense. Anyway they called me 30 min early and I asked for recommendation for my neck and what procedure will be suits better and Rep who called me she literally laughs and said “how I can know if YOU do not know”. Are you serious?! This is the purpose of making the phone appointment for consultation - to get more info about the options and get the details. I just spent a time with your portal/appointments/phone calls without any help. Do not recommend , please avoid Laser Away, they are pretentious and overrated.
