I love the food at Pick Up Stix however, this location just never seems to make it right. This review is specifically for this location only. I normally get the House special chicken, a pretty popular and common dish. You’d think they would get it right however 2 out of the last 3 times I’ve ordered it here it was disappointing. The flavor was off and the cook didn’t seem to use the right amount of sauces or cook it long enough to give it the right consistency. I now order from the location off Jamboree near The Market Place and they seem to get it right. Disappointing though since this location is closer to me.

I ordered House Special Beef, with Vegetables on Sat evening 8/8/20. The staff was very nice, so no problem there. The House Special Beef was extremely dry and very few vegetables were included. I don't wish to get anyone in trouble, especially during these times, but this is not the first time my order was very dry, as in virtually no sauce. I have been to the Pick Up Stix on Alton, next to Ralphs, and have never had this problem. My suggestion for the owner is to review how the food is being prepared and why this may be an issue. Also, I am not looking for a free replacement order. Unfortunately since this has happened multiple time, I will not be returning to this location.

Came here twice. First time they got my order wrong. It was ok, I ate it anyway. Second time, I ordered for dine in, and after waiting for 20min, come to find out they never placed my order. It wasn't even packed!

The lady who worked the counter on Jan 10 @11:15am was super SUPER RUDE. Never a smile. I asked if there's an option for 2 items for lunch and she said "NO you can only HAVE ONE! I pick up a piece of paper on the counter and she rudely ripped it out of my hands saying Not For You! My gosh! Food is no better than Panda Express. No need to come back here again.

Multiple times I show up 40-45 minutes before they close, just to be told that they are closed. This is the last time I eat here. Such a waste of gas and time, and there's nothing more upsetting then when you're starving for some Kung Pao Chicken. If they're willing to cut such a big corner just to go home early I wonder what other shortcuts they take.

I'm giving it a really good review and I haven't even eaten it yet, or stepped into the restaurant. I haven't met an employee or seen the outside, and it's still a good review. I ordered a simple chicken and veggies fried rice through Grubhub and asked for a side note to have steak and shrimp added (and I they can adjust the price manually if necessary, the app said they allowed that) and I got my request AT NO CHARGE. Good business right there, and I don't know a thing about the location. This is my first time ordering so I'll take it as a one-time thing :) Going into the food. I like my fried rice to be not clumpy (cuz then you have steamy mushy white rice clumps that are fried on the outside). This rice is PERFECT for me. The rice doesn't clump even after a 15 minute delivery time and a paragraph of review. The chicken, beef and shrimp taste amazing and the veggies make the whole dish a good balance. 5/5, I'm definitely gonna try coming in soon and leaving them all a good tip for their incredible service and another one of their delicious meals.

I had a small cup of the best tasting wonton soup I've ever tasted in my life. Unfortunately before I finished the cup of soup I started projectile vomiting. Vomiting continued way too long.

I had been meaning to come here for a meal, but my employer beat me to it. We had this restaurant cater to us on 8/19/2020. I loved the chicken & vegetables. Tasty spices blend and tender white meat chicken along with crunchy long-cut carrots & medium-soft broccoli. I also like how the fortune cookies are dipped in chocolate only at the crease. Unfortunately my employer only received regular fortune cookies with our catered meal. When I have a meal from this restaurant delivered to my home, I will want the chocolate-dipped fortune cookies along with it.

quick and kitchen fresh Asian pop foods.... cashiers are quick and kind and the place is clean. Great! From order to pick up takes only 10 minutes. By the way, card charges look weird,telling me it charged $1.08 in separate on top of the receipt... maybe, they did tipping by themselves without client consent. Be vigilant!

I tried the house special salad. It was pretty good. I'd go with less or none of the dressing next time though.

Food was fantastic! Gentleman at the counter was very nice and the food came out fast. We are traveling from Maryland and we're extremely happy to find a country music playing Asian food spot!

Manager was kind. Online ordering system was down but they accommodated us even after they were closed.

After picking up to go orders regularly for years, the last order I got was packaged in a bowl combining the rice and proteins. It seemed I got less meat. I assume they changed the to go packaging due to the skyrocketing costs and price increases due to inflation. I preferred the separate cartons as I don't prefer mixing the rice together with the order. In the grocery business they call UT "shrinkflation". Making packaging smaller to avoid raising the already skyrocketing price of food
