Absolute worse feed I’ve ever had!! Been on the toilet for days. In able to sleep and constant spewing! Would absolutely recommend if you want days of pain and stomach upset! A very dirty unorganised shop!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Cowra Council Chambers are across the road from this disqusting KFC. Why they are still trading as a food outlet is beyond me. The filthy grimy outlet from toilets to counter and the oil stained Menu, the floors seating inside and outside are disqusting. The chicken is always in my experience dry and tough as it's been sitting to long. Chips soggy and limp.. I love KFC and have for 40yrs plus But Cowra KFC should be shut down. I've been in the food industry with my own business and my restaurants would be shut immediately if l kept the same standards.

They gave me original Pieces instead of wings wasn’t to happy about that and the zinger filet was cold my drink wasn’t really cold but overall great experience

Got a zinger box today and the chicken pieces where half cooked, i bit into it and it felt strange. Never again, through the lot in the bin.Spoke to my work colleagues about it and they said avoid as they had same issue's. Go to Maccas...

The food was excellent couldn't fault.Just a couple of issues their toilets need a bit of clean and toilet roll holders need replacing and the airconditioner in eating area needs a service pretty disgusting

I wish I’d read the reviews of this KFC prior to going in. Others’ experiences are very similar to ours. Dining area floor, tables and seats were scattered with food scraps, a spilt drink and packaging, none of which had been cleared. Staff could be heard chatting and socialising in the food prep area, no one checking the seating area.I am experienced in guidelines for food safety and if I was a food safety inspector, I’d have shut the restaurant down on the spot! When the mess was pointed out to the young trainee she promptly cleared it up with no assistance from the other staff who continued to socialise in the kitchen. During the wait for our meal a young customer returned to the store to ask for the items that were missing from his family’s order. We experienced two extensions of the wait time to receive our order; eventually it was ready after 20 minutes. The large coleslaw we ordered and paid for was not in the meal; received a small tub. The store was NOT busy.

This is not KFC, that I know. Bad staff, chicken is not cooked properly, no proper seasoning

Mens toilet had lots of water on the floor which caused me to slip and damaged my leg on the bowl. Obvious food around a babies seat not cleaned up for a while. Chips were near cold and limp.Not worth eating. Service was good. Chicken was fine.

Service was quick, but they forgot a couple of things and I had to go back, chips were cold.

Watched a woman bring a wrong burger back in, and the girl who took the order was very vague, so her supervisor came over and said what happened. The supervisor then went to put the burger into the bag of another person who originally ordered it. I said, "Hey, don't you dare put that burger in the bag. I work in the food industry and know this is a no-no! That woman has opened that. Watched her till she finally threw the burger out. Then, to our surprise, our order was also wrong. Ended up just taking the wrong burgers. The young girl was too busy talking about going out the night before and going to mcdonalds to concentrate on getting the customers' orders right. The owner of the franchise should also take a look at the cleanliness of the shop. It's disgusting!

One of the better KFCs around. Very friendly. Food a little greasy.

The tables were dirty and this was pointed out to staff member who ignored the request for them to be cleaned. Bad service and dirty place

Almost always unable to provide one item or more and are offered replacements. Great the replacement is offered but not when the replacement isn’t something you want.

The 2 young employees who were on Front Counter on Thurs night (27th July 2023) were awesome!!!! Cheers for making us feel valued as customers as we passed through on our return trip to SA.

Haven't been to a KFC for years after some bad visits at a different cafe. The in house service here by the young man was very good, friendly and quick. The chicken a bit oily.

Food was cooked this time, but I have heard stories and seen photos of uncooked chicken

The taste was great. My family visited here for the second time.The staff was friendly and did not feel uncomfortable with the infant.

Worst kfc ever i used to work there be for i moved with my boyfriend toilets smelt bad urin all over the celling the manegers used to get me to clean the mens bathrooms when im a girl that shouldnt of been my job i worked from 14 to 16 years the co workers were horrible and mean. One of them tried getting me fired for take pics of the roster all around dont work there or eat

Toilets overflowing .. disgusting . They stopped serving at front counter ... went through drive thru ??? Slack and slow.

All foods hot fresh and as ordered. Lunch on Sunday arvo.... fast and hot great job

Absolutely disappointed just went through drive through and order a burger the bread was dry and the chicken was not even half the size of the bread absolutely disappointed

Came here at 10:30, opened 20 mins late. Loud music with swearing, employees smoking at the back, toilets were disgusting and couldn’t be used, store hadn’t been cleaned with food everywhere, and waited 20 mins for the disgusting food

Waited over 20 minutes for food. Restaurant hadn't been cleaned from previous day, chips and chicken scattered as well as soft drink cans. 1 star added for the RnB music pumping.

Cold chips half packed. Staff were having a good fight with chips and popcorn chicken. I will never come back here again. Macca's gets my business from now on
