What a disappointing experience (( It was a sweltering hot day in Cradock 36 degrees. Upon arrival, our fridge in the room was not plugged. Not a cold bottle of water inside the fridge. No fresh milk or small containers of milk. No water when we had to get ready for our function. They have their own water tanks but did not have them connected to the pump. Not worth the money. Won't be returning.

A nice place to stay in Cradock. You can eat out, prepare in the cottage, or dine in the dinning room if you order your meals on time. Very friendly staff.
