Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down in Mountain Zebra Park. Amazing service from Miska (?) to flat bed it to the immaculate workshop in town. And then Beverly took over and cared for us, me and 3 guests from USA, like we were family. Vehicle problem was identified on the same day and will be fixed as soon as the parts get there. Normally one expects a breakdown of this nature to be a bad experience but this was quite the opposite. I cannot recommend Custom motors, its staff and service any higher. An eleven star experience!

Our lives were basically saved by these lovely people at Custom Motor Services when our Toyota Hilux broke down just outside Cradock (Have you ever had you rear wheel break off and whizz by your car? Not fun.) Promptly towed off, damage assessed, even negotiated with our less than helpful insurance company, and our expectations skillfully managed - couldn't have wished for better service, thank you very much! (The rest of our 2-month tour of SA was smooth!)

Good job guys. I am so impressed. Will stop again even if it's just for coffee.

On our way to Somerset East, 20km outside of Cradock our bumper came loose and we pulled into the first garage/service place. Ms Tams and her team were very friendly and helpful and they immediately fixed the problem.

Worst experience ever, if I could I would rate you zero u deserve no star. The lady needs to go back to school and learn about customer service she's very rude. To diagnose a car a had to pay 6000 😭😭😭
