I was there for a weekend. I must say it was very nice and very beautiful. Its just that one of the ladies working there were a bit rude. Blamed us for other people's littering. She told us that she is gonna take our keys and kick us out off the building. When we did nothing. We were respectful and picked it up and threw it away just to avoid conflict.

We had our first stay at The Palms and it will definitely not be our last! It is very conveniently located, close to town but tucked away enough not to be bothered by noise. Our room, The Blushing Palm, was beautiful and spotless when we arrived and it had everything we needed. It was also bigger than we expected with a gorgeous big bath and overhead shower. The venue and garden is absolutely gorgeous and such a treat to walk around in. The host is fantastic and very friendly and her communication was excellent. The Palms is on our top 3 list of favorite overnight places we visited so far! ☺

We have stayed at The Palms 3 times. Why my husband & I come back? The spacious rooms are spotless clean, the service is EXCELLENT, warm, friendly and always accommodating. Safe parking, braai facilities and such a lovely setting. I can highly recommend The Palms Cradock.

Don't even know where to begin explaining how amazing my experience there was. My room was large, with a large bath tub which I could soak in. It had a kitchen. The host placed my supper in the fridge every afternoon by the time I return. I enjoyed hearing the vibrations from the trucks (on the floor) driving on the national road, mountain views, rain, wind and serenity

What a gorgeous place! We had a lovely time. Host was very accommodating and she is such a lovely person. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Great place with great service I love it

We had car trouble late in the afternoon. The Palms did not hesitate to help us and our two small dogs with accommodation for as long as we needed. Excellent service.

Great place, wonderful atmosphere. Great bunch of people eager to make one"s stay as sweet and wonderful and as can be. Great staff. Food out of this world

We had our year end function at The Palms today. The table setting next to the pool was inviting and very beautiful. Some of our staff members enjoyed the cool water of a very impressive rock pool; whilst the others relaxed under the shade of the trees talking and having a nice time. The meat was barbequed to perfection and the salads were divine. We would like to thank the staff of The Palms for their wonderful service and delicious food. I can highly recommend The Palms. The beautiful surroundings and friendly staff really proof why The Palms have a five-star rating.
