The guy who I sold my ring to was reasonable and very nice. I don't understand the negative comments about the workers being snobby. Was trying to sell my husband's watch as well to along with 4 solar panels. But I didn't go in there with high expectations or with attitude to sell those because the watch was damaged and the solar panels I had were just not it. You can't just go into a pawn shop expecting to get what you want. All and all I am very satisfied with my experience and got something out of it. More than what I expected.

I was looking for some Ryobi tools/items on Craigslist…. Happened to see the item I was looking for on a listing. Called the store & spoke with Rich (owner), he was very friendly & courteous. He told me he would hold the item for a number of days. When I was able to make it to the store, he welcomed me & gave me a good price on the items. I probably spend about an hour there. When I left, I felt like I had met a new friend! We talked about a number of things, interests, tools, ebikes, etc. The thing that impressed me the most, was that he was sick that day & found out the only reason he came in to work that day was for me! I appreciated the dedication. Very good experience! Thank you Rich!

We regularly stop in to see their new products and are always very pleased with the way we have been treated - the staff and ownership has ALWAYS been friendly, professional, and helpful. Because of our past experiences with the staff, service, and products, we always stop in anytime we're in the neighborhood. They have a great selection of watches and rings, as well as the usual assortment of power tools and electronics. They staff has always been willing to work with us on price and we've never gotten the feeling that they've been trying to knock our heads in...always very fair for both sides! We've bought and sold at this store for some time and have always had a great experience, and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good deal on a product while dealing with good people. We love it here!

Rich (the owner) was great! I brought in 5 watches that needed new batteries and various minor repairs and he did it all in a day for a fair price.

I have bought, sold and traded guitars and music gear with Rich the owner for years now. I pop in a couple times a week to see what's new and always enjoy the good conversation. Great place, always more than fair to me. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

He showed some love my son wanted to impress his gf so he bought a fake Rolex lol I know!!!! But it would not lock into the latch so he could wear it an bro got him back right definitely super cool spot to go to!!!!!

I bought a Dewalt tool from the owner. He was nice enough to hold it for me until I was able to come down to the store to pick it up. Very nice guy and has a large selection of tools. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

Went there to get a bike the owner posted. Bike was just how he described. Owner was a super nice guy. I will continue to stop down and send people there just because of how nice the owner was.
