Quick, tasty, no mistakes. Can't complain about this location. Downside would be the parking situation but if you're already walking it's perfect to pop in.

Nice coffee with very friendly staff.

I don't even drink coffee, I come in and are greeted with the friendliest staff ever. I go in to charge my devices and stay to myself. Great vibe, great music for those who don't have headphones. Comfortable seating.Very welcoming environment with excellent staff!!

We work a block away and order almost everyday. This morning was very different. Didn't recognize the woman working. She seemed newer, at least to us. Very rude and made us feel like a bother. For example we asked for those sticky things to put over the cup opening to help with spills and she literally threw them at me. But that's just one example of the very poor service this morning.

Unlike the UPMC Building SB, this one makes you wait 10 minutes for an unheated coffee cake while purple hair cooks breakfast for a half dozen customers. Why cant the person pouring my coffee bend down and hand it to me? Half the time I do get it its heated and of course gummy. Then I get back in line, waste 10 more minutes to get a refund. This shop cant even validate a new customer card without screwing it up. I'm glad Starbucks doesn't manufacture airplanes.

Employees seem nice. However, the music is so loud in the place its obnoxious. It's also bad music. I had planned to stay an hour and go to the courthouse, but music drove me away.

So I've always loved Starbucks but on Saturday I was charged $18 for two drinks and the lady acted like that was normal.. So as much as I love it I'll go without. Sorry Starbucks I'll miss going to you but I won't be overcharged when I know that's not the price

I only get regular coffees but out of the 3 starbucks downtown this is the only one that has it hot and ready every single time. They are good. Way better than the other locations. Sarah is also an absolute gem, really appreciate her going out of her way to make even the smallest details right.

I got three refreshers in a row that tasted like straight water: I am very disappointed due to the fact these are the worst starbucks refreshers I have ever had. There needs to be measurements or something because you can’t expect people to pay so much for something that’s not even worth it. I literally threw away two drinks and walked out with the third and i’m still drinking sprite instead. I have never left a bad review on any place but this really disappointed me

It’s great if you want to spend $7 for a cup of milk.

Did not get that first sip feeling from here, barista here must be a rookie or has no passion serving coffee, literally all the syrup they put in my drink is just at the bottom , I’ve seen countless others mix everything so nothing is sitting at the bottom, gotta do better and heat up your breakfast sandwich more too, why rush a sandwich getting heat up, if I wanted fast food I would’ve gone to a fast food place , take your time but not excessively either , nobody like a cold breakfast sandwich!
