Update:
after
having
my
new
practioner
review
my
bloodwork
and
after
having
my
GI-mapping
done,
it
is
clear
that
the
Hormone
Center
completely
missed
what
was
going
on
in
my
body
and
would
never
have
helped
me
acheive
health.
Jennifer
Hook
is
not
competently
able
to
practice
this
kind
of
medicine
and
should
not
be
allowed
to
do
so.
Dr.
Loya
is
personally
responsible
for
her
potentially
dangerous
incompetence.
Original
review:
I
don't
recommend
seeing
the
nurse
practitioners
at
this
office.
From
what
I
could
tell
in
an
exchange
with
Dr.
Loya,
she
either
is
not
involved
in
their
treatment
of
patients,
or
she
is
not
involved
enough.
In
the
7
months
I
was
at
the
Cranberry
office
my
health
worsened
considerably
and
my
symptoms
were
lost
in
a
series
of
poor
communications
and
inattention.
My
NP
was
affable
but
never
seemed
to
remember
how
much
I
was
taking
of
which
supplement
at
our
appointments.
It
appeared
my
phone
calls
to
the
nurse
about
terrible
symptoms
between
appointments
were
not
recorded.
Borderline
and
low
levels
on
my
blood
work
were
not
addressed,
the
reasons
they
weren't
addressed
were
not
explained
to
me
even
when
I
asked
about
them
directly,
and
some
weren't
even
checked
on
my
bloodwork
for
further
monitoring.
At
my
first
appointment,
my
weight
and
vitals
were
not
checked,
and
I
was
told
to
Google
Dr.
Axe
for
a
nutrition
plan.
Overall
the
experience
was
disorganized,
appeared
highly
unprofessional,
and
did
not
competently
address
my
medical
needs.
If
you
choose
this
practice,
prepare
to
study
your
own
bloodwork
and
advocate
for
yourself.
I
never
met
with
Dr.
Loya
but
I
cannot
recommend
her
either
if
this
is
how
she
allows
anything
with
her
name
on
it
to
be
run.
I
did
appreciate
a
refund
for
my
last
appointment
when
I
laid
my
complaints
out,
but
Dr.
Loya
defended
some
very
poor
decisions
by
her
NP.
There
are
similarly
priced
and
much
better
practices
of
this
sort
in
Pgh.
