Jessica is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I get massages on every trip I take. She takes her time and really works out the areas that are giving you problems. She uses stretches and reflexology in her practice which makes the experience so much more effective. You somehow feel relaxed enough to fall asleep while also knowing those knots are being obliterated. The space is soothing and welcoming and she gives you time to relax alone on the table before she begins and the table can be adjusted to your preferred warmth, and also has vibration, and music capabilities. Jessica is the best out there!! She explained to me why my muscles were tight and gave me life changing advice!! “Whenever anything hurts, it’s always a greater root.” She not only told me this but massaged the areas individually very intently that needed work. She was very personable and even gave me stretches to help me stay loose. This was an amazing experience!!

Jessica is a great therapist that takes her time to learn what it is that you need. She uses a variety of modalities including aroma therapy, massage and stretching. Each month I look forward to my customized massage (love the stretching!) from Jessica. I came to her with specific medical conditions and physical ailments 9 months ago and from my first session I experienced marked improvement. She takes her time to get to know you and focuses on your problem areas and does not rush through the massage. Everything about the session is catered around you, from the temperature/vibration of the biomat, to the aromatheraphy scents, the music and the massage. I couldn't recommend her business enough!
