They never answer the phone and I mean never. I've had to drive over there just to have a conversation to set up an appt. They are very nice and handle business but you can't get appts if you don't answer the phone and this has been years of the same issue. Corporate needs to step in.

Dentistry sucks .. been going here since I was a kid I’m in my mid 20s now and the place has gone down hill they claim they are so short staffed but everybody is just LAZY and UNTRAINED as HELL I’ve walk in for my appointments while calling them and witnessed them mute incoming calls or lie to a park and say the phones are broken THEY NEVER pick up the phones. And the doctors are just as bad as the front staff the rush you and barely even give you a proper clean. After my LAST visit I could’ve definitely did whatever the doc did at home and felt more .. clean period Finding another dentistry and I advise everybody else with common sense too as well. The picture is 1 hour after I got sealant for my cavity it fell completely off like how lol

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a patient for many years in West Views, for whatever reason they closed that office. Fine just go to another location right, wrong. I had 2 fillings a few weeks ago fall out, that they put in. So of course I call and call… no answer I’m in excruciating pain can’t eat, can’t breath without it hurting. Call for a whole week from the time they open to they close every single day. NO ONE ANSWERS… I found a new dentist.. he told me he has had several of their patients and they aren’t even answering to get patient info from other dentist… this practice has went down hill. Maybe they shouldn’t have all these different locations and focus on one.

Idk how big the stick up dr lamb's @$s was, but after drugging me before sleep he started poking at my teeth hurting me. I was high* & got a little belligerent mouthing off. Was in a great deal of pain & the drugs made me incredibly agitated. Next thing that i know (i don't remember the initial escalation) he's kicking me out of the building & katsur in general, which to led to me exploding a bit. Again i was under the influence! & 2mins away from being put to sleep. Where's your professional courtesy and compassion? You're a doctor for Christ's sake! I never made any theatening moves towards you. Just words from a high, hurting individual ... just wow. Most humiliating moment that he caused

It just blows my mind that NOBODY answers the phone EVER!! I call all day,at different times and even have someone else call as well and when you leave a message they don't get back to you until a few days later. This is supposed to be a business and and I am baffled by the attitudes of some of the employees when I express my frustrations to them about the situation.

I called the dental and orthodontics place to figure out what time my appointments at. Let's just say it took one hour- 2 hours just to figure out this information. When I called I asked the lady and she said "hold up, I'ma put on hold for just a second". Time just flew by while the hold music was playing. But I think that the check ups in person are top quality. Because they have nice conversations with me while fixing my braces. Also they make me feel assured/safe. But if this place had better costumer service over the phone then I would rate it higher. It just seems like the people that answer the phones put in no effort at all.

No idea when my appointment is because I booked it 3 months a head of time. Tried calling 3 days prior and no answer. Honestly, I suggest looking else where to find a reliable office. Will pay off when there's an actual emergency.

Wasn't worth a star but had to, to be able to post. Made an appt about 3 weeks ago but was having some trouble with a tooth. Tried to call the. the office 5x over the last 2wks, sent message as urgent, NOT ONE CALL BACK.
