Kiersten Wagner is the stylist I see and she does the most amazing job. I get so many compliments on my hair and my tape in extensions are beautifully blended. My highlights are colored perfectly to match. She made sure I was thoroughly educated on the care of my extensions. Not only does she do a wonderful job on my hair but she makes sure every appointment is an overall enjoyable experience providing excellent customer service. Would recommend Kiersten to anyone!

They were able to get me in same day. She took time to discuss my face shape and appropriate hair style for it.

3 separate people helped me today and all with a smile and great attitude. Ava the cashier today was extremely helpful. She quickly signed me up so I could save and really did save me a lot and explained how their point system worked and where I could find all the information. All of this is a sign of great management, who takes care of their great employees. Thank you so much!

My husband wanted to buy me fragrance for Christmas and I have to say, worst experience ever. We were asked if we needed help, and we did. The first sales woman directed us straight to the Chanel fragrances...I say "we love Chanel, but right now we can't afford it" ...without hesitation she quickly stuck her nose in the air and walked away..!!!! I then, was approached by another sales woman, at that point we were highly insulted...and she did try to help, but I then had no intrest, by being treated like dirt, and having had years of experience in retail and ESPECIALLY FRAGRANCE...and I then was so discussed, I left and went to Sephora. Where, not only were they helpful, but made it a fun experiencet We purchased fragrance there, and bought several items...so being in fragrance, especially at the holidays and 30 plus years experience in the beauty industry. Will NEVER RETURN. YOU don't judge a customer. And you certainly don't treat people that way..she was older, and should have been wiser .

I had the loveliest interaction at Ulta today. Kristen Fiola (w bright red hair) was so knowledgeable and approachable. I didn’t hesitate to ask for help (which I rarely do), and boy am I glad! She walked me through products and options. She tried things on my skin tone and worked out answers for two different occasions coming up in my calendar. At checkout, the other staff were quick to praise her, as well. And they were friendly and considerate. My time was well spent. Highly recommend!

I could spend a week in here! Always clean and put together, helpful staff that doesn't "look away" when you want help. In fact, I wish I'd got her name, but an employee crossed the store to get to us and help. I wish every store did this. 😁

I love ulta as a chain. However this one has some very quirky employees. He was rude & quick to assume that i was cutting the line. Not the best service manners.

I recently applied for Ulta beauty , I hardly see black workers there but I didn’t think much of it at first I don’t think Ulta beauty hires black people simply because she emailed me for an interview completely ignored my emails I called the store everyday & they always lied saying the manager wasn’t there why would your manager be gone for days almost weeks ?? then after they sent me a email saying they didn’t select me when I never even got the chance for an interview it was fishy from the beginning !
