    Ladies if you want to work out with like minded women Burn Boot Camp is the place for you. This is not a typical gym. No intimidation whatsoever. Mostly women and a handful of burn bros (who are some of the kindest men ever.) We are blessed to have three bad a** women trainers who support you in and out of the gym. Your hardest part is walking in the gym. Once you are there you will meet a bunch of women who are there to support you in your journey. You will not regret this decision.

    Burn boot camp is unlike any other gym! It is extremely welcoming, personalized, and challenging. One camp, and I was hooked! The trainers are the best role models and awesome humans. All of the staff is amazing, and I am beyond comfortable leaving my kids with them for child care. In the short time I have been a member, I am capable of doing things I never even imagined possible.

    I am a better person because of Burn. PERIOD. I started going because of a 4 week promo and I knew that wasn’t enough. I’m coming up on 3 years and I’m not going anywhere. The trainers are dedicated, beautiful, strong, amazing women who are going to push you to your true potential. They listen to you and your concerns and your needs and are there to help you modify any way you need to. And will help you through any modifications you may need for injury, skill level, or pregnancy! The facility is beautiful. They work hard to keep it clean and stocked with what we need. The equipment is great and there is always plenty to go around. Different camp times throughout the day and an app to sign up makes scheduling around your life that much easier. And ALSO they have CHILD CARE with some of the most amazing people to take care of your kids and I even hear that kids usually ASK to come back. Talk about motivation to get to the gym! Every week is a new protocol and the only thing you have to do is show up. You don’t have to think about what to do next because they have you covered.

    If you want the best workout, you need to come to Burn Boot Camp. I have tried so many different workouts and nothing compares to the type you will get here. The trainers are amazing and really help you get to where you want to be. I am in the best shape of my life at almost 45 years old and I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone is welcoming and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend trying this place out.

    I have been a member here for 3 1/2 years and I have never done the same workout twice! I love that every workout is new and challenging. The community is welcoming and encouraging. And the trainers are top notch- they are very knowledgeable and can help to modify a workout so that you get the most out of your 45 minutes! Burn Bethel Park is one of my favorite places : )

    I cannot recommend Burn Bootcamp enough, and there are words to describe how thankful I am for joining not only this gym but the community. I started in March, and have fell in love with this place and with working out again. The trainers are AMAZING and constantly pushing you to better yourself and be the best you can be. The child watch staff keep my girl happy, and she loves getting to go with me. Burn has helped me gain back my self confidence after having a baby, and the trainers have pushed me to do things that I never thought I could or would do, and I enjoy every second of it!!

    Joining burn Boot Camp has been the best decision I’ve made. All the trainers are so nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. They motivate you and push you to your limits. The child watch is amazing. My two girls love it!

    I joined Burn just a couple months ago and my original goal was to go 3 times a week, but I’ve been consistently going 4 times a week, which is way more than I’ve been to any other gym I’ve joined over the years. It’s never the same workout and I love that they revolve around stations, so you’re always moving and it makes the workouts go quick. The trainers are amazing!!! They learn your name on the first day and are always there to correct your form and motivate you the whole time. All of the members are so nice too and just want to help you meet your goals, whether it’s the high five at the end of an exercise or helping you on the pull up bars. I’ve really enjoyed working out there and with free child watch, I don’t have an excuse to miss a class!

    I’m so glad I gave burn a try! I have never been someone to go to the gym or workout, period. I LOVE going to burn and look forward to it. I feel stronger, confident, and healthy! I love that they have child care. I wouldn’t be able to come some days if they didn’t have it. All of the trainers are fantastic and will always give you the push you need.     If you are looking for a better quality overall life, take the plunge and try Burn Bethel Park! ANYONE can do these workouts, the community support and trainers are top notch, and the self-confidence you will gain is priceless. You will find out what you are capable of on and off the gym floor! Judgement free zone, ALL are welcome with open arms and, of course, all the high fives! You deserve all the happiness this place can provide. 💙

    After seeing a friend from high school post about their journey going to Burn Boot Camp in Bethel Park. And being so frustrated with other types of workouts. I knew I had to give it a try. They had a one month promotion. Although, I didn’t need the full month to be hooked. The trainers are so passionate and supportive!! You can really see how much they care. I love how every class is different and is always challenging. They offer a lot of different times and childcare which is very helpful. I would highly, highly recommend Burn Boot Camp in Bethel Park.

    I will shout it from the rooftops… this is the best gym in the world. Because of this community and these trainers I look forward to working out every single day. I’m in the best shape of my life at 36 years old with 2 small kids. The strength I’ve built inside this gym helps me deal with the weight of the world. The best part is I’m just getting started 💪🏼

    I went to my first Burn Boot Camp this morning expecting a light to moderate workout. I left drenched in sweat having done the best workout of my life. The workouts are fire, the instructors are motivating, the facilities are impeccable, and the music selection keeps you going. You can modify the workouts to your skill level and the instructors provide feedback on form to make sure you’re getting the most out of your time. An awesome facility with an amazing management team. I can’t wait to come back!

    I started at Burn a little over a year ago and wished I had joined sooner. I would never had dreamed I could do half the stuff I’m able to do now. Here are a few things that stand out to me: 1. It’s an awesome workout 2. I’ve never felt so welcomed anywhere in my life 3. The friendships you make within and outside of camp are amazing 4. Someone always has my back to push me harder 5. You will do great things 6. Focus meetings 7. You can visit any Burn location Honestly, everyone needs to come to Burn Boot Camp at Cool Springs. It’s so worth the great workout and friendships you build. All the trainers, Jessi, Jess, Rachel and Val are amazing and get to know you on a personal level. I can never thank them enough for pushing me to do just one more rep.

    I cannot rave enough about Burn! Becoming a member is one of this best things I’ve done for myself both mentally & physically in a long time. I’ve gone to different gyms & can honestly say this place is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere alone is amazing but then you’re surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you push yourself & succeed. It’s a group workout but the trainers are constantly moving across the floor & giving one on one attention. Each workout is different & challenging which I love! The childwatch area is so clean & welcoming. My 4 year old loves going to play while I work out & I love knowing she’s in good hands!

    Burn bethel park isn’t just another gym! The trainers truly care about you, not just while your at the gym working out but when you aren’t there too. The trainers take time to really get to know everyone that becomes a member & they are always making sure that everyone feels welcomed. If your looking for a new gym that challenges you & help you to feel better not only physically but also mentally then look no further, you have found your new home gym!

    I started BBC earlier this year and it has been a life changer. After my 2nd child, I was struggling to find consistent workouts again. Honestly, I felt like I was losing myself bc exercise has always been a Staple in my life. I was always known as the "fit friend" but working full time with 2 kids was making it so difficult. I realized I needed accountability, quick and efficient workouts, childcare, and a schedule that fit mine. Burn checked every box. I went to my first camp and I was hooked. I am now at almost 100 camps. My strength is back. My stamina is back. My mental health is better. I feel like myself again and I owe it all to Burn. I sincerely love this gym.

    I don't go here myself but my daughter does. She absolutely loves the place. We got to check it out for an open house competition and I was impressed. Very clean. Super friendly people that you can tell all consider themselves a big family. I am glad she found this place.

    So excited to be a part of the Burn Family. I have a friend that has been wanting me to go, so I finally did during bring a friend week. I got 2 weeks for free to try it and joined after my first 2 weeks and falling in love! Looking forward to my progress over the coming months.
