The hotel itself is okay, but the staff is far from acceptable. Rick was very rude to myself and numerous others in our group as he got into arguments with several different people that we were traveling with. Strongly suggest choosing a different hotel as there are a variety of other options in the same area.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Good lighting, great water pressure in the shower, great electric outlet access. Beds were very comfortable. From the young lady cleaning up the pool area, to the breakfast staff to the front desk, the staff was excellent.

Overall not a bad stay with most of the basic amenities. Although an in room safe was not available which was a bit surprising. Wifi is slow with an option to pay for higher speeds... what year is this?! Breakfast is not included like so many other hotels in the area which was also surprising, but I'm honestly just nit-picking. I would typically pick Drury with it's included breakfast and free drinks at 530 over most legacy chains like Hilton

I have nothing bad to say about our stay here. The rooms were immaculate. The drain on the sink in 249 was really slow but I'll take that insignificant problem over unclean rooms. I was concerned with traffic noise when we arrived but you couldn't tell once inside. Beds were comfortable. The pool was small but nice - sadly no hot tub. The lobby was nice. The only annoying part was the fact that breakfast wasn't included in our stay and would have been an additional charge. For the money we spent per night, I feel that should have been included, not an additional charge. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are what you would expect for a Hilton Garden Inn. What made this exceptional was service from the staff for my small organization's use of one of the conference rooms for the day. Coffee and juice set up as well as toast and bagels for the morning session was very good. The front manager on staff was great to work with.

The room was great, and the service was just okay. Locationt is amazing and recommend a stay. Pay attention to your deposit. It will NOT be refunded in full without a few phone calls. Felt like they were trying to steal it from us. Room and location is worth the 4 stars.

Make sure you request what room type you want, they sell out and stick you with whatever is left, even if you book weeks in advance. Nice hotel, not a great setup though.

First let me say perhaps I just caught this place on the two worst nights of the year for the hotel. Booked for mid March, checked in-outstanding location and beautiful room. Within an hour of checking in-the water main bursts in the hotel and we’re forced to go to another hotel (which cost more). Fast forward two weeks and we figured, why not give them another shot when we fly in? Well, we pull up, unpack the car and go to the door which an employee had to open as it seemed it was broken…no, no, no-come to find out this time around they were without power! 😂 I genuinely thought it was an April Fool’s joke! I don’t know if the hill which this hotel sits upon is haunted or cursed, but both times we’ve (tried) to stay there it’s been a no go. Between the mid March reservation and tonight’s failed reservation-it’s cost me about $110 extra to book at different hotels. Staff is fantastic, hotel “looks” fantastic but I wouldn’t really know unfortunately. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Nice place with good clean rooms. Staff were friendly. Located near much of the shopping and mall near the Pittsburgh airport. It’s a little bit of a drive to get to the city if that’s what you’re looking to do. Aside from that good options. Room prices are so-so.

Nice, modern hotel. The cost was reasonable. The location was good because we didn't have to travel far to reach the main city. The staff was pleasant (Front Desk ladies and the Breakfast attendant). Room was clean and fresh. No complaints here. I would book at this location again in the future.

We had to do work around the tri-state area and it was better for us to book the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall as it was close to retail and restaurants after a long day of work and driving. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile to the hotel and all three of us checked in without an issue. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The water pressure was decent as was the water temperature. The room did have a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The room was more than adequate for sleeping as we would not spend much time in the room. The location is also in a retail area, so there are a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel if that is needed as well. We did not have any issues and would stay again if we needed to work again in the area.

Stay was awful and management thinks useless points is sufficient to make up for our horrible weekend. Don’t stay here because if you have issues they will not fix the problems and will only compensate you with useless points. 1. Bathroom sink was clogged and broken. Reported soon after check-in and several times after but issue was not fixed. Entire stay was with broken sink. 2. There were no trash bags. Requested but never received. Had to use bags from grocery store. 3. Elevator was out of order. I had to climb 5 flights of stairs with a bad hip. 4. Dined in at the hotel. Was served grossly undercooked food and cold coffee.

One of the best Hilton properties I've recently stayed at! Everything was feeling so fresh and clean. Also, really appreciated complimentary access to informal meeting space.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. I drive a tractor trailer and have stayed at different hotels and this is the best. I normally have to check-in about 11 am and they are the only ones who will let me check in early. The rooms are great and the staff is even better. I have stayed here twice in one week and the one girl knows my by name when I walk in the door. That's great customer service.

The hotel was nice, but had some design issues. The room art seemed misplaced on the wall, the veneer on the bedside table had lifted, and the tile floor in the bathroom was uneven. Otherwise, nice hotel with a pool and fitness center. The only major detractor from our stay was that the weather caused a power outage. It would be nice if all of the rooms had at least one outlet on E-power. If they do have it set up that way, there is no designation to such, like a red outlet.

I had a very comfortable bed, clean and working bathroom, water bottles, and big TV. No complaints, and no suggestions. I didn’t use any other facilities but had a great night’s sleep.

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in the US. I found the room to smell like a wet animal. When taking a shower, the water backed up around my ankles. The elevator and hallways in the common areas were dirty, and feet stuck to the floor of the elevator. Do not use the bed and breakfast rate, you will be charged for whatever you purchased. You being a Diamond member does not do anything here. No recognition, but its all over my receipt. The only way you can get recognition is through the Honors hotline when you report a problem. As a Diamond Honors member, please stay at the Drury, or Courtyard in Robinson.

While booking my hotel stay the reservation said breakfast included. Today is our first morning and we went downstairs and were told that the breakfast service was $14. I was rather taken a back. I felt that breakfast included meant that it was complimentary. I chatted with Hilton customer service online and I was told that it would be $10.95 for breakfast. That's very suspicious to say the least. This was not a quiet stay (and that had nothing to do with being near the airport as the airport did not bother me) but multiple sounds in the hotel did. The bathroom doors hit the front doors if you are not careful and it is rather loud, not to mention a hazard. There is a tile falling off of the wall in our room.see photo. If you're looking for what I've come to expect with previous Hilton Garden Inn experiences, this has fallen short, significantly short, and I would choose to say somewhere else. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and felt generally a safe place.

Hotel property is clean and convenient, but is not in downtown Pittsburgh. Room and bath were clean, refrigerator cold, TV in good condition. The restaurant prepared a good hamburger with hot thick french fries. Pool is inside building; no hot tub available. Fitness center is okay. No self-serve tea and coffee station for guests was available in or near the lobby. Front desk personnel were courteous and friendly. Parking is free.

I loved staying here, the room and hotel was clean. Beautiful interior and the bed was comfortable.

overall a great place. staff was great, everything is clean, room is clean, and a large outside patio area to hang out. as an elite member this is what I would expect for this caliber of a place. one issue, sign says bar is open on Sundays, but it wasn't. not a deal breaker, but change the sign. you're advertising something that isn't true. but overall a great place and I would definitely stay here again. originally booked at the doubletree in greentree, but the reviews are horrible, which is a bad sign for hilton. i understand it's a franchise model, but your brand / doubletree should not have so many bad reviews that I cancel and pick a different place. you still got my money, but it would have been more at doubletree if it were up to par. fortunately, this garden inn was cheaper and perfect.

This hotel was very nice! Everything was clean and well kept. The gym was nice and the desk attendant was friendly. No one seemed to be on duty when we left early the next morning (about 3:30am) so we left our keys at the desk. We didn’t try the restaurant.

This hotel was amazing! Shawn, the front desk person was amazing, he was kind and very helpful. The pool was amazing, would've like a hot tub too but it was still above expectations. The room was clean and housekeeping was very prompt. The room was a great price as well. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Robinson.

This is my go to property everytime I fly into PIT. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are always clean. Checked in last night and as soon as my Uber showed up, desk clerk came running from the back. Same thing happened last Wednesday at a HGI at Tampa airport. The customer service has gotten bad at all Hilton properties I have stayed at the last 2 years, so it's wonderful to find a location that still values their customers. Spoke to GM Robert this morning and it was just as nice. He even got the shuttle driver to take me to the airport right then instead of waiting. I will mention this though, if you are coming in on a late flight, shuttle doesn't run after 1130 I think. Uber gouged me $31 for the 8 mile all interstate drive. So plan ahead.

Close to the airport (always a plus!), enjoyed this hotel. Staff was amazing, they took care of my random needs that evening, and did so quickly! Quiet room is always a plus. Loaded with snacks!
