😐 I booked a spa day here recently for my mother who flew over to join me . It was £200 through red letter days which was fairly expensive this included lunch and a treatment. Booking the spa day I had to make 5 attempts over the phone as the staff were unsure how to book a red letter day . We arrived... People often mention staff, time, pool, great,

I've been a member of the spa now for 2 months and use it regularly. Since joining, the Jacuzzi has not worked a single time I have been there. Each time we ask the staff why it hasn't been repaired and each time we are told the repair is imminent. They assure us that the Jacuzzi should be a relaxing 38C but it's stick at a fairly tepid 32-33C. This should not be so difficult to sort out. The sauna and steam room are great and i fully recommend them- although the shower outside is scalding hot and needs to be turned down a bit before it hurts someone. The staff is very friendly Please sort this out!!

Enquired in the hotel about use of the pool with my 3yo son. We were told for £10, we were welcome to use only the pool, and to just book an appointment. Living local, I thought this was a facility, my son and I could make use of weekly. On our 1st arrival I was informed it was £12, and that the mens changing rooms were out of order, this was not an issue and we stayed for 1 hour and had a great time, upon leaving we tried to grab a coffee, but was advised by a spa user, it would be better to go into the hotel. On trying to book the following week by phone during the week, it took over a dozen attempts throughout the day to get through to book, we got through eventually. We arrived and had the correct change ready for the 2nd time, and we were greeted by a staff member who told me they had never heard of being allowed in for £12 for only a swim, but allowed me to go ahead, still no mens changing rooms, and still no one serving at their cafe/refreshments, But we had a great time once again. I left my details for someone to contact me to explain if I was able to return at this rate. They advised me on leaving it would be £31 and I require a gym/spa/swimming pass to enter. My mum, who is a long term customer of the hotel contacted the hotel again during the week to see if this was a mistake and explained the situation as she had also been on a couple of occasions that it was possible to attend the pool for £12. That was Friday, and we are still awaiting a return call from the manager. If this is not possible at this rate, I can completely accept this, but to be told by several staff members different prices on different occasions, this is embarrassing when I turn up, and not the level of service a 5* hotel should provide.

This was a brilliant experience! Located in the luxurious Culloden Estate, you get the best service here. The hot stone massage (£75 for 40 minutes) was top-notch, all staff were polite, and the overall experience was something to look forward to, as long as you've got the money, I'll say go for it over and over again.

We had the spa day with lunch at Cultra Inn. I had a facial and hot stone massage;bliss! I was given a sensory test to see which oils and products suited me best. The whole day would be summed up by this little detail...when I got up from having my treatments my therapist had turned round my slippers...God forgive I would have had to bend down to do it myself!

Helpful staff (but can be hard to get an answer on phone). Nice & clean. Pool too small for proper swimming, but nice for paddling/splashing around in. Nice jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. Small cafe.

Fantastic day at the Spa at Culloden. My friend and I booked the package which includes two treatments and lunch at the Cultra Inn. The hot stone massage and salt & oil exfoliation treatments were both great. Very relaxing. We made use of the facilities too: the relaxation room immediately following our treatments (divine), and the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which were also lovely. The whole place has a soothing calm atmosphere, and all the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I loved every second, and I’ll definitely be back.

It is such a brilliant place to relax, renew myself. The gym is super nice as well as the swimming pool. Luv the coffee and my avocado on toast with poached eggs. It would be great to have a more affordable monthly package or lets say for a 12 weeks. I recommend it to my friends who had a fab time there.

I booked a spa day here recently for my mother who flew over to join me . It was £200 through red letter days which was fairly expensive this included lunch and a treatment. Booking the spa day I had to make 5 attempts over the phone as the staff were unsure how to book a red letter day . We arrived in the morning and whilst getting changed there were workmen in the changing rooms I was surprised that this was happening whilst customers were in different stages of being undressed with one elderly lady naked . I can only assume it was the manageress who was with them she insisted she wanted the shower head fixed but the workmen expressed their discomfort. I was incredulous as was my mother she also felt upset . The actual spa facilities were limited it was disappointing that there were a lot of children splashing in the small pool there was a sauna and plunge pool we ended up sat down at the side of the pool to avoid being splashed it didn’t feel like a spa day . The actual treatment was amazing 🤩 and the lunch too was fabulous but the flow of the day wasn’t great the actual lunch time was moved a couple of times we were left feeling confused. I think there needs to be some staff training and structure to a spa day . We were literally left hanging with no idea of what was included in our package . I left feeling a little disappointed it was a joint birthday gift for myself and my mother .
