Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Craigavon Starbucks. My friend's car broke down and 2 staff members came out to help us push the car to the nearest lay-by. They were very attentive and helpful and made sure that we were OK. After that, one of the staff members came out and gave us free drinks and told us to let them know if they could help us in anyway. This was very much appreciated and I really wish we had have asked for their names so that we could send something to thank them.

Hi I wanted to come on here and thank Catherine from the Starbucks craigavon drive thru for always being so sweet, happy welcoming and managing to be the only one to make my drink to perfection, I’ve had to return a few drinks and each time Catherine remade my drink it was perfection honestly I kid you not so from now on I will be asking for Catherine to make it, no problem is to big for her, her customer service is out standing and I wanted to give credit where it’s due so if you get to read this Catherine thankyou you made my day today and I will be returning for many more of my favourite drinks x

Seriously? Have two queues: simple order v more complicated order or provide seats for the queue. A large tea, bag of low calorie crisps, a tin of juice, a flat white and a tray bake was almost £13. A bit much. Not enough higher seats for older people - some very low seats which elderly can’t get out of. Some guy managed to loose his money down the front of the fixtures and fittings and the girl had to take the front section of the counter off to get his bank note. How he did it is beyond me. Area where milk is was a rather messy with spilt milk and sugar. Not too sure asking for an extra tea bag went down too well - a woman who looked like a manager gave me a death stare whilst a younger man said no problem and sorted it. The ‘manager’ then sat beside us talking to some other customer and showing off her medal which she was going to get engraved. Either the Belfast marathon or England somewhere as she told the friends she had been to England and that she’d taken up running 5 years ago. Anyway….

Today at Starbucks in Rushmere my daughter got an old £ 10 banknote that was withdrawn from circulation. When my daughter realized and told this painted blank doll over the counter she said she could not accept this money and sent my daughter to the post office to replace it. For me, it is unacceptable that the staff, seeing a young girl, squeezes her money withdrawn from circulation.

Second visit in past few weeks and sadly still a very disappointing experience for Starbucks. Won't be back. In all fairness the staff are busy at work but it's so busy it appears everything is rushed so no detail to quality, coffee was terrible, and they on both occasions had ran out of most things. They're doing drive through, walk ins and just eat and it's ruined the quality doing too much. Plenty of other large names nearby to visit

Just had the loveliest cup of Americano coffee. Ate a really flavoursome Caesar wrap. Finished off with sharing a chocolate muffin and carrot cake with my hubby which were scrumptious. Yum yum! First time here today, and we will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Great new decor and a great coffee shop and Staff are Brilliant. However the selection of food products are very sparce. I enjoy a bacon bap but they don't seem to do that anymore. Apart from that, its worth a Visit .

Just out of Starbucks restaurant in rushmere (not the drive through) staff are so lovely and helpful, nothing's too much. 15 minutes to closing and met with smiles and pleasant service as if my daughter and I were the first customers of the day. This is very rare in my experience. Well done and thank you so much, just sorry I didn't get your names. Thank you, we will be back.

Absolutely AWFUL service!!!!!! I don't even want to give one star! My daughter asked for a Tea with Oat milk for me which turned out to be off, I took it back to the counter, young blonde girl walking up and down behind the counter pulling faces (drinking/eating some kind whipped cream drink...surely that comes under health and hygiene????)when the dark haired girl showed her the tea, would have been nice to get even a "oh I'm very sorry about that" but no! They made me another with the comment "I made you another" (well good for you girl!!!!!) My daughter was so embarrassed and kept apologising to me, she shouldn't have been the one doing that, your staff need some serious attitude adjustments and a hell of alot of customer relationship training, and maybe get them to date check since obviously it's not being done, and the place a dam good clean, will never be back

Came here yesterday to get the pumpkin spice late which was nice. Unfortunately a lot of the current offered food and some promotional drinks weren’t available so couldn’t try them but quick service through the drive through

they work very slowly. waiting for the order, the child fainted. very bad ventilation

Lukewarm coffee, dirty, be prepared to clear and clean your table before you sit down the only thing good about it was the lemon muffins they were tasty, but as for the rest you should try Costa instead, far better for everything

Polite staff. Nothing else, Starbucks is the easy option, one leaves asking why did I bother. ?
