Overall not a good experience. No record of our reservation. Waitress didn’t know the bar menu. Disorganised. One staff member was extremely rude and inappropriate when leaving. We were quite shocked at the behaviour. Food was very average, poor quality. Went a couple of months ago and it was much better. Coleslaw seemed store bought and cheap.

My daughter and I had lunch here on Friday, everything was beautiful, service was fast, very pleasant staff, surroundings very clean and comfortable. If in portadown again will eat here again.

Bad bar, racist staff, don't let black people in and make up excuses to justify themselves. Bars like this should be closed forever and never reopen.

Nice enough for a quiet drink during the week, just remember to bring your wallet, it is very expensive especially for cocktails! About £9 a cocktail! They also reduced the cocktail menu quite a bit. (Miss the Appletini's, Zombie and Candyfloss Martini) Decent place for a quiet drink but not somewhere for a regular social drink due to prices.

Reserved a table but was late sitting and had to leave early due to staff. Very bad attitude, do not go here.

Wouldn't let my husband in after Leaving to change our clothes after being guests of the hotel. Ps just because you stay in the hotel doesn't mean you get in. He had a few drinks and wasn't aloud in. Bouncers couldn't give a reason for why he wasn't aloud in just not tonight!!! Avoid Hotel 🏨 😎 xx I

Standard food and an expensive pint. Nice decor.

Fantastic pub. Better than in England to be fair. Love the music, great People, friendly staff and meeting friends and great drinks with good price. Definately coming back again when visit Northern Ireland!

The Staff were very friendly. For lunch time the menu was quite extensive. My wife had the Chicken Stack and I had the Chicken Goujons and both dishes were superb.

Great food, lovely people and fabulous service. I'd give 5 stars if there was more of a variety of vegetarian options. Apart from that, all good.

Had a great night the other day there with my friend, decided to come back next weekend and for no reason at all security didn’t let us in. We were nicely dressed, sober and had our ID’s with us and the security just said no Twice and didn’t even bother explaining why we couldn’t come in. Both of us had never experienced this type of treatment and really ruined our night.
