Plenty of shops here to satisfy anyone and there is even a McDonald's for the kids. Seems to be a main stop for all bus services from all over. Which is good if you Don't Drive. If you do there is plenty of car park spaces and 5 mins from Lisburn City Center by bus or car 👍

Breakfast in the cafe was nothing short of disappointing. Don't know what I was expecting from mark's and Spencers but definitely wouldn't recommend

Good food selection plus clothing & home furnishings, Food is quite expensive compared to other supermarkets but quality is better, Well spaced for easy access, There is a fresh breads counter and also fish and Deli counters, Plenty of Meal deals on various styles of food to suit most tastes, They also have a great selection of fresh flowers from single bunches to bouquets, The card section is pretty good but very expensive for a simple card that you could buy in a normal card shop for a fraction of the price that M&S charges, Clothing is of good quality as are the home furnishings but again quite expensive, Sadly some of the staff could be a bit more friendly when serving you or dealing with customers on the card only tills as it cost nothing to be pleasant with the paying customers, All in all a good place to shop occasionally.

I went early in the morning after dropping my hubby off at work and went in to have breakfast and do a bit if work. The cafe near the door has basic food but good Wi-Fi and staff were lovely, carrying tea for me as I use a walking stick. It wasn’t comfortable though and I felt a bit exposed in the open space. I then bought some stuff for lunch at my sister’s and found this to be very difficult. The food shelves are too far apart and signage was unclear so I ended up walking around a lot to find what I wanted, I can’t walk more than about 10 metres in one go so I regretted not using my wheelchair. I wish Sainsbury’s still had their cafe …..

One of my favourite shops for ladies clothes. The quality in ladies clothing is excellent. Customer service is outstanding. M & S have different leg lengths in trousers department to suit the taller lady and the smaller lady.

This is the perfect rest stop when traveling from Dublin to Belfast. I recently visited Sprucefield Centre and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. Next, I stopped by Boots to pick up some toiletries and cosmetics. After my shopping, I stopped by the McDonald's restaurant in Sprucefield Centre for a quick bite to eat, then it was off to Belfast. Overall, I had a great experience at Sprucefield Centre. The variety of shops and restaurants available made it easy to find everything I needed, and the staff at each location were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

Went into marks and spencer did some shopping no problem decided to get a cup of tea it was not a pleasant experience they apparently ran out of Delph cups so had to make do with paper ones then we had to clear a table ourselves there was one girl trying to Clear tables and one cleaning the floor I don't think I will be back to the new cafe anytime soon

Went into M&S and purchased this little tree decoration for our granddaughter and the fuss the guy on the till made of us you would think we were spending hundreds. Wish we had got his name but he is a real gem. He used bubble wrap, sellotape and made such a great job.

I'm 44 male and I hate clothes shopping. I went in got jeans and a hat . It was mostly stress free. The jeans I liked were not in my size but got an alternative that seem good quality. Full of really nice looking clothes . My bro said on the way out how he always thought m&s was full of clothes for old farts . That's when it dawned on us . Yep that's us .

Was at M&S clothes shopping, and called into the instore cafe - NOT the 'soup kitchen' beside the entrance doors! It was well-filled but still with tables available. The queue was into double figures but moving smoothly. Was served by friendly and polite staff before taking our snack (which proved delicious) down to our table. There was a nice, happy background buzz coming from the other clientele in the cafe. People who actually talk to each other instead of staring gormlessly into mobile phones. Top Marks - pun intended!

Def best M and S food Hall I have been in , has best selection and also decent sized aisles for people to get by each other unlike a lot of other stores that have extremely tight aisles

Well how times change, visited M&S at Sprucefield but had to queue with many other customers because most tills were not covered. However very noticeable how many managers were on the floor busy not looking after customers. Then decided to sit for a coffee which was probably a bad idea as none of the tables were wiped down the whole time I was there including mine, despite customers changing on each of them. M&S get your standards of service sorted.

Wasn't sure what to expect as it's been a year since we visited. Many places have closed or look tatty as a result of the pandemic. However was pleasantly surprised. Especially marks and Spencer it has benefited from a great revamp. Really looking good.

Poor availability of men's clothing in Marks & Spencer. Range of suit shirts and dress shirts was aweful.

First time visiting in years. Was great to go into some shops early (before 1pm usual Sunday opening time). Plenty of parking and safety measures in place.

Good out of town shopping centre with different shops. I can't comment on all the shops I only went in boots which was a normal size with everything you could want. I went into M & S which was the biggest store that I've ever seen. Well worth a visit.

Mainly to visit M&S, food store well stocked, good variety ..... long queue in Home when buying sheets. Enjoyed coffee and treats at outdoor seating.

There’s a large Marks and Spencers and not a lot else. The other shops, in particular Next & Boots occupy a lot of space but somehow have an exceptionally small selection.

I usually like M and S but felt I really must post that the restaurant has been very disappointing on the last couple of occasions. Last time toastie was hardly warm and I asked for mayo, the assistant said she'd get me some but didn't return! I asked another assistant who did come back, but told me they'd nearly run out - but didn't bring the little they had!! Consequently toastie was cold, the carrot cake was nice, but note the cake slices have all reduced in size. This cafe is expensive and definitely not worth it.☹️

Thought was a large shopping center. But was basically an M&S Next and Boots. But was very busy. Ample free parking 🅿️.

The Sprucefield Centre draws people from all over Northern Ireland. It has a number good quality big stores. This includes a flagship Marks & Spencers store. There is a Next clothes stores, a Pets at Home store, McDonalds and a new drive-thru Costa. Close to the motorway and the A1 making it easy to access by car. B&Q, Sainsbury, Argos, B&M and Next Home stores are all nearby.

The food hall in M&S is completely remodelled and looks fantastic. The Boots and Next stores are really good sizes. McDonald’s is still queued out since covid. A little bit mad! Wish they’d sort out coming out of the complex at that roundabout as it can be lethal
