Nice plesant staff and very clean establishment. They were very busy at lunch time before our film so we just came back around 4pm when it had ended. Got seated immediately. Nice variety on menu and not too overwhelming. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Will enjoy coming back.

Fast to be seated, very welcoming staff. Professional service from the waiters, food didn't take too long to come. Didn't mind anyway when u want ur food cooked fresh. Food was absolutely delicious. Price is Decent for a meal for 2 people.

Food was very good tasty, service was terrible worst ever I seen anywhere ( I don't know manager on day off or what) took our order bring our drinks 25min later food, that's fine no problems with that probably short kitchen staff like everywhere. We finish dinner waited 15 minutes nobody came over for dessert order (at the start we told girl served us we be looking desserts for kids after) I can see 5 servers standing at the counter having chit chat laughing not overworked,so we walked up asked for ice-cream for kids and bill. Girl bring us bill and one ice-cream (we ask for two as we two children with us)we asked for other ice cream, never lift empty plate of table. So one child was eating ice-cream on table full of empty dinner dishes other one was screaming because he didn't got any 5minutes later still no other ice-cream we had go again ask for second ice-cream. Finally got second ice-cream still dinner dishes on table had to clear up ourselves put on other table. All of it wouldn't be problem if place be full of people but wasn't busy compared other times we're in for dinner.

Hadn't been in so long because of a previous bad experience with staff being extremely rude (which is why I didn't say anything while in the restaurant yesterday) but decided to give them another go. Big mistake. Snail service as usual (over half an hr waiting on food), and awful quality of food and cooking. Underooked bacon, cheap horrible sausages, black tomatoes, toast was just hard bread, and hash browns dripping in grease. Won't ever be back. I did contact them via fb shortly after, instead of putting reviews up, but they seen the messages and ignored them, so here I am.

Wife and i both ordered Chicken stack for our mains and it wasn't great... Chicken was very dry and overcooked , mash lumpy , peper sauce tastles . It was our first time in this place and we both didn't finish the plate . Only good thing about this place was waiting staff

Went here for lunch after Christmas shopping trip. Had the 3 course Christmas dinner was lovely & a wee cheeky cocktail. 1st time ever in here but will be back. Our server was very friendly.

Great choice of American style food. Amazing variety of burgers, pizzas.etc. Portions are massive, and prices are reasonable. Great for a family. American diner style atmosphere, so not fine dining but definitely tasty food.

I went here twice and both times a huge disappointment. First visit they got the order wrong and would not change it as they said the kitchen was closed. No milkshakes because machine was broken and no deserts because the chef was off ! All toilets were out of order except one. Second visit last night we arrive at 7:15. Order was taken at 7:20 and 40 minutes later the steak came out burnt beyond eating. I asked for it to be redone and was told 5-8 minutes. 15 minutes later I got up to leave and pay for the one meal that was done. While I was paying for the meal the steak arrived with the wrong sides anyway I posted I was there on Facebook and a friend told me that his whole family got food poisoning recently. I won’t be going back. A lot of staff on the floor but not enough staff in the kitchen. Seems to be a lack of management. I had to ask 3 times about my meal and 2 different staff came back with completely 2 different responses. Badly managed and food of this standard should never leave the kitchen. Time for head office to check in and sort this place out. 2 monkeys 🙈 on the counter might do a better job in kitchen

Stopped in for a bite on a Sunday afternoon. The place was busy, but we were seated right away. Service was a bit slow and inattentive, and we had to ask for our drinks when our meals came. Food was good, coke was soda fountain. Would I go back? Probably. Its not often I'll leave a bad review. The place has to be absolutely terrible before I'll leave a negative review. That being said, this isn't a negative review, just be prepared for perhaps a little slower, less attentive service.

Was looking forward to a good meal but unfortunately it didn't deliver. Showed to our seat and handed 3 different menus. Sat for over 15 mins while more customers came in and they got served by another staff member whilst we were ignored. Wasn't busy busy and they did seem to have a number of staff on but they didn't appear to have any interest in taking our order. There was no pleasantries from our elusive waitress yet overhearing the others order they got informed off the Xmas special. I don't mind waiting but even getting their attention was hopeless. They looked puzzle when we walked out, such a shame as food is generally good. Did message them twice and to date they can't even be bothered to reply. I assumed they don't need the business.

We have eaten here a couple of times and the service has been either good or bad. We ate here 2 days ago and decided to have the 2 course Christmas menu the first server came over and she was lovely. She smiled and took our order promptly. We received our starters within 10 minutes and they were lovely. The atmosphere was weird in the restaurant as (Other than that one staff member mentioned previously) were miserable. It was more of a shock when I found out one of them was the manager. We watched them seat a table, No eye contact, no communication and they placed the menus down and walked away without waiting for them to sit down. They had absolutely no personality. I've worked in Hospitality most of my life and I understand the holidays can be draining but they were just on another planet. It wasn't very inviting and put us off coming back.

Food choice is huge, menu is very large with lots to choose from, the service is okay and what you would expect. I've been here a few times and would say breakfast is better than dinner for food. Very family friendly environment. No booking is required.

Every time I go there - service is amazing - waiting staff is positive, respectful and kind - food…. 100% 💕. Never had such an amazing pizza or juicy, perfect steak. - price is nice - child friendly Definitely recommend

Decor is really cool. Staff are very friendly and service is quick enough. Food was gorgeous. Had the Titanic burger and it was delicious! Also the honeycomb milkshake was incredible good. They have a huge range of food on the menu, from burgers to mains, sides and desserts.

Used to love this place. They used to have a wide selection of veggie options before the new menu change. Was very disappointed when I decided to go for dinner and their was only four vegetarian options which did not seem very appealing. They used to do an amazing vegetarian lasagna and pasta but they waiter said they have got rid of that now. Staff very friendly but would have recommended before the new menu but would not go back.

Slooooooow service. Place was empty but we still had to wait a lot to be seated but food is so good that we forgot about that! 🙃

1st time at this restaurant. I received a voucher and brought my mum with me. Staff so friendly, menu loads of choice food was gorgeous I had the chicken stack and mum had a turkey dinner, both meals was excellent. Will definitely be going back👍

Visited on a Sunday, no wait for a table. Nice lay out and atmosphere. Got the ribs and chicken with Frank's hot sauce, really enjoyed it, couldn't finish the last few ribs I was full. Herself got mega sizzled chicken and enjoyed it greatly. Only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the annoying little flies, something ye need to sort out if possible, very annoying trying to swat them away while eating. Huge selection on the menu, will definitely be back.

First timer at bubba Drew's. Staff friendly and attentive. The menus was wide ranging and our meals certainly didn't disappoint. Nice touch as I was driving while others had cocktails I had a 0.0 beer. Definitely will be back. Nice to see a lot of families using it.

Staff friendly, food wonderful. Service excellent.You just have to wait a little bit too long at the door. It wasn't overly busy when we went I just worry about wait times when really busy. I do like this place

Food was very nice, reasonably priced and the menu had a great variety. Large portions and a nice environment for families or couples.

We enjoyed our food. Pasta dish was quite big. We had fajitas, which we took some home. Big servings.
