Love this place.... But, guys can you please clean your menus. They are dirty. I know what I want each time I visit, but again when a child with autism sees this they will not want to return. I have said this a few times to waiting for staff and still never a change. The place is spotless. Food excellent. Service excellent. Prices are great. Will always return for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The pizzas here are fantastic. The kids always love coming here.

I don't know why I don't like the place more than I do but I just can't warm to it. The last time I was there, the menu's were dirty and the bench seat that I was sitting on had a big hole ripped into it. On the other hand the food is pretty good. The staff very young and the last time we were there the service was very good. Which was a bit of an improvement from the previous times we have been. We have been there more than once and most likely will be again. I honestly can't say what my hang up is!

Food is subpar and generic that is never seasoned, the never salt their steaks before cooking them

Just got ice cream today. Amazing flavours, great staff and a good price. I got toffee apple & Apple strudel and my wife had Parma violet icecream. In a word superb 😀

Had a fantastic burger tonight and wife had sizzling chicken strips that were really tasty too. The young girls serving were really helpful and attentive.

Lovely looking place and cosy but terrible service at the front desk. The girl working there on 18DEC2023 around 1630pm didnt seem interested in being helpful. Also assumed we had been there before and didnt explain that there is a restaurant (not called Sassy Elephant, but O'Connor's) and a cafe (Sassy Elephant). Sat down in the cafe having been put in the restaurant only to realise that the menu on the Sassy Elephant website is not the one in the actual place. I pointed that out and I swear the girl behind the desk was either daft, didnt listen to what I was trying to explain or just wasnt interested. Turns out the menu is for Bubba Drew's next door! Management - sort out your website. You have your menus in the wrong restaurant. We wont be back to Sassy Elephant again.

Good ambience, good food, you get so much quantity makes you feel too full When you finish 😄

Very disappointed. We just had dinner in bubba drew and my son wanted chocolate donut as he loves them. So we went in sassy elephant buy them obviously we know most coffee shop owners buys them frozen and defrost just what they using that day but his donuts was that old was crumbling and had old bread smell. Unfortunately I see that just when my son eat chocolate part as he carried that donut in bag home .

Great spot to get a light lunch and/or coffer with a bun. I go here regularly with my young family and we always get a good service with nice food. Its small so best to avoid peak times like 1pm.

Food was excellent as always however staff need watching when it comes to the bill. Added a £5 tip at the till, or so I thought. When I checked at home they had added nearly £4 more. This is the second time they have overcharged me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Great food, shame about the staff.
