Horrendous. Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever stepped foot in. Ordered a Big Tasty and received it with no burger. Here is my meal pictured on a plate as I was served it cold and I had to microwave it to make it edible. I would rather travel to the Boulevard Banbridge or Sprucefield than wait for cold food and a missing burger. Incredibly poor service.

Customer service is dead in there, rude employees with no knowledge whatsoever. Food is terrible…. The chips not fully cooked and cold … employees touching the food with no gloves in front of the customers as if was normal to do so … definitely not food and safety trained …. I have seen it with my own eyes … the manager doing it and delivering the same food the customer. Always getting the orders wrong … to many young folks with no skills becoming a manager … it is a disgrace……

Went here for 5 chicken selects meal and grilled chicken wrap meal. But they obviously can’t count as we got 4 chicken selects not 5. And I don’t have a picture of mine but they give me crispy chicken not grilled. And put bacon in it when I asked for just lettuce so obviously the people working here can’t listen to instructions and give u what u order and can’t count

Incorrect opening hours, states midnight but arrived at 11pm and it was closed. Also, at dinner time it’s chaos how the drive thru queue spills out onto the road, if they are unable to work through orders fast enough to keep the queue under control then once the actual drive thru is full cars should be forced to drive on and try another day when it’s quieter. As for the food, very hit or miss - most often cold especially when they send you to wait in a parking bay

See u visit macdonald at 10 pass 11 in. Night . I request team members for take she is very polite. But she told me she will ask me. She will confirm from mangers. but manger came..he start theratingvofvpol ok ce without asking anything... literally bhe so annoyed me ...I work for macdonald for 7 year..but that type of macdonald I have never seen..if you therat your customer...may be you theart you're business. Rest thanks..I will never ever come macdonald.either I die with hunger... Portadown macdonald was full with theartes

Every time I go to Portadown branch there is always something not right, come away short of wot u have paid for, or wrong order, with happy meal no straw r dip that was asked for. Asked a girl for double dressed hamburger she said wot do u mean? It took me quite a while to explain wot I wanted its a total shame+disgrace because nothing is ever right so that's why I give 2 stars

Food is very nice but I made the mistake of asking for garlic butter for my steak it looked like margarine and tasted like margarine and tasted bad, ruined my steak with it. If you put garlic butter on the menu, it should be proper butter other than that would have been five stars.

It is a McDonalds. There's not much more to say. The food is pretty good when fresh, but when it's busy they do have a tendency to get custom orders wrong. That said they pretty much always get it sorted for you when you let them know.

Avoid ordering delivery from the app. Half our order was missing, advised via the app we had to contact the driver. We did, he ignored us. I chased and turned out to be a generic automated number and not the driver. I called McDonald's they didn't want to know they say the food is the responsibility of the driver and not the restaurant (!) Even though the bag was sealed. There are no contact details for Uber eats too if your order is missing.

Terrible service this morning.. Ordered food for takeaway from inside but all not ready same time cos they forgot to do hash browns for it but had set my coffee up way before so I asked for fresh one so it wud be hot and young lad says he not allowed so I asked manager and she said why wats wrong and wasn't very pleasant at all wen I explained I didn't want cold coffee.. She took it away but food still took ages to come and wen it came she handed me the coffee and I went... Well the coffee was cold so she must have went behind the wall and pretended to replace it?? All young ones at the counter who don't seem to have been trained right..went inside cos my orders are never right wen I use the drive thru they always put cheese on wen I ask for none....cant see me being bak for a long time

Like an idiot we come back here every now and again expecting it to have improved . Get disappointed every time. Ok tonight's moan . Ordered online to be picked up in-store. All worked well . Got there . allocated a number. Waited .waited a bit longer . Then a bit longer . Finally number was called . Food was at best lukewarm. Shakes were the best part of the meal . Unbelievably even the apple pie was nearly cold . Unheard of.. Floor was messy . And the one bin (why only one? ) was overflowing.. Then the embarrassment of a manager berating another member of staff on the shop floor . Keep it for the back of the shop out of earshot please no one likes a bully . Local yobbos ....... Sorry I mean male young people taking up tables and generally messing about . Even though nothing had been ordered by them . Does nothing for the atmosphere . Which was bad enough already. Got a £5 discount cos I spent over 20. . Bargain but I'd still rather drive the extra 3 miles and go to burger king out in Highfield Grove and pay full price . All in all a bad experience .

Employee Scratching head, using food gloves to exchange money and use card terminal. Cold food as that as cheese hasn't melt in the burger. Putting their Anuś on work top. Last time I got mostly cold food and got stomachache and had to be hospitalized after that. Just spend 10 minutes and see the mess there.

Expensive, small portions, not very healthy or delicious. Just fancied a bite to eat but for the price and value I would have preferred an old sandwich from a corner shop.

Never have I seen a place that gets the order wrong as much as mcdonalds portadown .Place wasn't even busy and still home with a sausage mcmuffin,even though I ordered bacon and bacon is on the receipt.Not the first time either but I assure you it will be the last.

Refused app order, ordered on app 10.50 called to collect at 11 to be told they had closed and they're computers had been off for ages.. Website and Google both state open to 12, drive thru also coned off

I don't bother going inside food is like any McDonald's and unfortunately for this store they make mistakes on pretty much every order so make sure to double check before driving off and ordering isn't worth the risk

Really enjoyed our visit was looked after by a lovely lady called Liz very pleasant and helpful

Went to McDonald's drive through this morning, which we normally do on a Monday after shopping in Tesco. Drive through extremely slow, 16 minutes for two Capacino and when we parked to drink it one cup was only 1/2 ful.

The fries are served half packed, the stand for muffins at the till looks disgusting and covered in fingerprints like no one's cleaned it in ages. The staff seemed alright, and food was subpar

My order was missing 2 things and the food was freezing like it had be sitting for ages. Spoke to manager and he was very rude and obviously did not want to be there. Also clearly did not care about his customers. If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen.

Was different Mcdonald in Portadown I don't like idea of to lanes going in to order no 1 give away to others cars every 1 drives on food 100% 🔥 milk shakes lovely an cold burgers good well cooked chilli wrap could do with a tidy up make it more tighter every thing fell out onto my leg chilli every where mm but other than that food brilliant 5 stars 🌟 Mcdonald

Nicest McDonald chips I ever tasted In a long long time. I'm Not one for McDonalds, the food in Ireland was primo, im talking about home cooked meals, not like the ones here in Sydney, either greasy or been sitting for ages yuk and you're still served them.

I’m disappointed with the service no one answers the phone when you need them to answer I have a delivery problem and can’t get it solved if they don’t answer

When did they stop serving tea as part of a meal? We stopped at drive thru on the way home. I was served by a girl who not only couldn't take orders properly, only to discover when home I'd been charged for t 2 drinks when they shud have come with meal. No salt or sauce provided and the food was freezing and chips limp..

Super nice staff, and great food by McDonald's standards. Staff were super friendly and helpful :)
