Ordered food took over an hour to arrive. When it did the food was cold, the order was wrong, I ordered a large kebab and got dam all in the box. Must be a shortage of chips down there as the wife's chips didn't arrive. My kebab had next to none in it. The chicken in my kebab was burnt also. Worst I've ever had from plazzo very very disappointed.

Not eatable, the chicken was brown/grey colour and like jelly inside. Went straight into the bin!!

Have ordered from this place many times before and thought it was ok-ordered tonight through just eat and when food was delivered chicken burger was raw inside!! Phones restaurant and spoke to 2 staff including the lady who cooked the burger. Asked for a refund to which she replied I will cook you another burger! Not what I wanted to hear after throwing up a after biting into the raw burger. Absolutely no customer service and more importantly food was awful. I’ve noticed I’m not the first person to complain of raw chicken in these reviews-food standards or environmental health need to pay this place a visit, totally disgusted

Alright takeaway, average food. Allways got the kebab box with noodles only but on the last few occasions even after the counter girl acknowledging that I wanted only noodles I was given noodles and chips. If you can't fulfill the order just say so.

Whether the food tastes good or not is like tossing a coin, no consistency what the outcome will be. The chicken does taste like it’s gone off at times and know I’m not the only person to notice this. It doesn’t seem like they care about repeat custom

Not bad feed got a steak kebab and there was some amount of meat on it 👍👍

Has went down hill in recent years. Chips are overcooked. Kebab sauce is still amazing though. Salted chilli chicken wasnt nice, the chicken was a bit rubbery like it had been cooked from frozen, nowhere near as nice as most places in town for that.

Most of the time food is lovely. One down fall is that we live between 3-4mile from the place. So if we order when their not too busy they accept our custom. If we order when their busy we get the excuse that their too busy. Which is fair enough, but I just dont think it's fair to accept my custom when it suits them. Instead of just offering me to wait a little longer. Not the first time that this has happened. Deffinetly wont be back again... Very disappointing

Ordered through just eat. 2 boiled rice and one fried rice not delivered. When I complained, I was told it was a web site issue and they wouldn't provide what I'd ordered and paid for. Awful customer service and had to go through Just eat for a refund. Dishonest avoid!

I was a late delivery I order a 5.25 pm it said be deliver at 18.05 it is now 18.30 still not here I phone shop said it was not pick up now from this place I will never get any more deliveries from there

Very good quality food. The aren't to badly priced either. The staff are good at taking your order so it's right.
