Friday evening decided to let the kids pick something for their dinner. Ordered two meals from McDonald's app for delivery, thought it would be safe enough no way to get the order wrong as there was no human interaction just an order printed clearly in black and white. Delivery time 15mins not bad. Order was delivered, two chips ✔️ a wrap ✔️ a burger with the correct toppings ✔️ ONE drink. Phoned the store "MD: Hello McDonald's Rushmere. Me: Hi I got a delivery and a drink is missing. MD: There's nothing we can do about that it's an Uber eats issue. Me: So I ordered a McDonald's through the McDonald's app (not Uber eats) but it's not your issue? MD: Our orders go through Uber eats we don't have any of our own drivers you'll need to either call to the store for the milkshake or contact Uber eats. Me: So I ordered and paid for a delivery and now have to drive to the store to complete my order. MD: Yes." I then hung up. So I know it's only one milkshake but try telling your ten year old daughter that she can't have her milkshake but her brother can have his drink. Thanks McDonald's for making my daughters "I'm loving it" meal feel like the treat that she expected.

awful wee lad with a beard and longish hair served me, was very ignorant and gave me cold chips. will not be back. he smelt awful aswell.

Visited McDonald's Rushmere today.there is no queue system in place walked on in and got a table nearly right away then was verbally abused by some woman complaining we took her table management didn't deal with it as the woman who abused us her husband knew the branch manager??? Grow some balls McDonald's and stick to your rules.

Slow. Unhelpful staff. No apologies. I was waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru queue to then be told to drive into the car park and wait on them bringing my order out to me. I then had to sit and watch cars drive through the drive-thru collecting their orders as normal. Order finally arrived and it was cold. I can’t give any less than 1 star.

Customer service is dead in there, rude employees with no knowledge whatsoever. Food is terrible…. The chips not fully cooked and cold … employees touching the food with no gloves in front of the customers as if was normal to do so … definitely not food and safety trained …. I have seen it with my own eyes … the manager doing it and delivering the same food the customer. Always getting the orders wrong … to many young folks with no skills becoming a manager … it is a disgrace……

Never again! paid more than £24 with delivery through uber eats and driver arrives with only the drinks. I refused to accept the incomplete order. Contacted restaurant and spoke to a manager who never apologized and hang up when I asked to get a new order as I wouldn't want to pay again and then still have to wait for a refund while I'm out of pocket.

McDonalds is what it is but this one impressed me as food was piping hot & service excellent, despite being an extremely busy saturday afternoon. Staff friendly and always smiling, don't know how they do it under this pressure!

Parked up on a bay for 20 mins while everyone else got their orders. When I pulled one of the staff outside they said to go in to the restaurant and ask, I had a baby in car so I couldn’t so he said he would look to see what the problem was and came out with my food. When I got home 2 mins away chips from order was missing and the food was cold and Mc flurry melted, obv been sitting around for ages.

Went to drive through told to wait in carpark. Waited 15 minutes and eventually i got my food. A double quarter pounder meal. Half a box of gold chips. So not impressed. Nothing fast food about this join... ☹️

Don’t bother using the drive-through between 13:00-15:00. You’ll be directed to the car park outside McDonalds and it’s typical to be waiting 15-20 minutes for your food to be brought out to you.

Food is always late and cold, staff are useless, very little parking due to food delivery drivers just waiting and chatting if not inside taking up seats

Someone put somebody else's order into my order, I didn't even get anything I ordered. Ordered on app but the problem is obviously the ppl working in mcdonald's that completely messed this up and now I've had to re-order ( diff place) and refund will now take up to 15 days!!!

Food is fine, staff are great, ordering app never works, always in and around the 20 min mark going through drive throughs, 2 laness filtering into 1 seems to not be working. Inside looks chaos so invariably orders are wrong at least 1 in 5 times I've ordered. Preference to the delivery system which also causes queues when ordering in restaurant. Oh and it's not just this specific branch, it is them all that I have tried recently. Looks like it's the system as opposed to one particular restaurant or the people working in them. Changes required in the ordering systems as well as how the orders are put together. Definitely not 'fast food'.

Left waiting for 30 minutes for food, when we got it forgot burger and when we got burger it was cold and drier than anything I’ve ever had… not be back

I specifically asked for no bacon on my burger . The person who took my order put me on hold and confirmed that they do no bacon spicy big tasty and then whe. I received the burger it had bacon on it. I right away returned it at the window and then they made me wait such a long time. No apology and no acknowledgement. I was out for lunch and only had 20 mins for my lunch which was wasted in changing the burger and the hassle . I am so not happy as nobody acknowledge that they made a mistake, nobody apologised and I suspect the bacon was removed and the same burger was given back to me. So dissatisfied with my experience

Drive Thru efficiency is shocking. 2 plain chicken mayos and had to park up for 15 mins. Everyone else getting big orders without the need to park up. 20 mins later still No food. Had to walk in to get the food as they did not see my jeep (which was parked on a dedicated bay). Shocking altogether.

Very busy just before 2pm I was order number 10 to , take out I happened to say to the workers behind the counter no cheese in my burger two workers said to me it's too late oh my .

Won't be back, ordered and charged for 3 meals only got one medium fry in the bag, as far as the BBQ Big Tasty with crispy onions the picture says it all, burger looks like it's been sitting for hours!!!!!!

Just ordered some food. We were asked to move our car to the car park and wait for the order. We waited around 30 min and nobody came back to us. So I just went inside and asked what was going on? They just lost our order.

So ordered through the McDonald's app for delivery big tasty meal and a happy meal. 40mins later delivery arrives fair enough Friday night bound to be busy shame the happymeal for my 5 year old was missing. Rang McDonald's Rushmere hung up on several times, rang ubereats told it was McDonald's mistake and to take it up with them...now 19.57 and I'm being bounced between ubereats and McDonald's trying to blame eachother...let's face it how hard is it to check and order on a receipt before handing it to the driver. If I could give 0 stars I would it's an absolute joke you hire ubereats to deliver them it is your responsibility McDonald's to make sure that order is correct.

We normally use the dinner thru our the collection points as our son with autism struggles to be in the restaurant. Nothing wrong with the restaurant, just bright and noisy and normally full. Staff are always friendly, polite, helpful.

Incredibly fast today ( 02.02.2020). I mean, lightning fast. I just took a seat, and the order arrived. Good job McDonalds.

It was manic. Stopped at the door and was asked bout my order and if I was staying or leaving with my food and children before even getting in the door in 38 degree heat with 2 small children. Inside was crazy. I didn't stay after that even though ice cream would have been good.

Always manic so be prepared to wait in the queue but they’ve never delivered a bad meal

Dreadful. I have only been to this McDonald's twice but both times I have been accosted by the same member of floor staff whose job seems to be to close off sections of the restaurant "for cleaning" when it is incredibly busy and to violently vacuum the lobby when people are trying to enter and leave the restaurant. Both times I have witnessed other members of staff pleading with her to reopen the closed off areas so that people can sit down to eat their food, much to her annoyance. I'm sure she's only doing her job but come on, have a bit of common sense. My food was also dreadful - cold and limp fries and a burger that may have been made from old boot leather. Avoid.

Mid way through enjoying our meal we where kicked out at 10:59 for "closing" forced to eat our food in the cold and rain, very poor customer service and treated with bad manners never mind the disrespect towards there own manager behind there back regarding him asking to leave the seats open, not impressed and might not be back into this McDonald's established for a very very long time. Safe to say they took the happy out of happy meal...

I don’t really leave reviews (good or bad) but this was needed. Craigavon’s McDonald’s has been the go to over Lurgan’s and Portadown’s but the quality has really decreased lately. I received my wrap like this a few times already and it’s completely unacceptable to even serve that. All the fillings are basically at the bottom of the carton. Please improve your quality.

They honestly need to stop hiring these uneducated 16 year old kids to Mc Donalds, the way that they put together food is unbelievable its like my 2 year old little brother decided to slap together a bun and a patty then continue to put it in a box and shake it up. Like these employees actually need to catch a grip
