Definitely one of the better subways around. The staff there are really friendly, and the subs they make are always really good. If you like meatball subs, the new Baller sub is a personal recommendation!

Nice girl serving, sandwiches decent

This subway is okay, convenient and friendly. But not a lack of seating, and the tunnel-shaped layout doesn't always make for a relaxing experience when the place is busy. But a good place to stop for lunch.

The sub's are usually well made, my main problem is that the past few times i have been in (usually a Sunday) there is only 1 member of staff one, and they are young and seem inexperienced. Not to take anything away from them personally as the service is good, albeit slow. The waiting line soon adds up. Need more Sunday staff!!

The lady is awesome, fantastic personality (love the tattoos) very welcoming and a real pleasure to talk to. Areas clean and tidy. Food as always freshly prepared and tasty. Portadown subway highly recommended.

The food was kept too long in the easy bake oven and almost burnt, got the wrong cookies and the service was slow. The quality of service has definitely fallen lately, go bridge street instead.

Best subway store I've ever been to, been twice so far and will definitely be back. Quality is always there, tastes fresh, and the staff are great with a brilliant friendly vibe.

We arrived at 10.53 for a sub breakfast but told we could only have the more expensive breakfast sub with food items we didn't like or want. Grossly unfair as we were there before 11.00 & are pensioners. We won't be back!!!!

Very friendly staff who will always do their very best and the food is great especially the salads! Sitting area can be quite crowded at times but otherwise has a pretty chill atmosphere.

Riddle me this. If this is a subway why are there no locomotives in sight? Hmm? However they have a wonderful selection of scrumptious deli meats which are both halal and kosher.

The lady working was very vegan friendly and the vegan food was great as well, despite the fact they don't get many vegan customers.

Good service but need more seats. Cold blown air cools your food too quickly but tasty subs if you bale them into you to get away before blown air freezes you

Lovely staff, extremely friendly, very funny 10/10 recommended

Ordered through Just-Eat (11 Nov 2023 15:29 order #113327007), got order wrong, missing paid extras and missing items of about £5 total. Phone number given on receipt matches the one on Google and doesn't work so good luck getting this fixed. Never using again. Just sad.
