When I went for my birthday the customer service was very good. Better than most of the other Nandos branches I've visited so far and as always the food was very nice. Would go again. Especially now since it won't be as busy as its launch day.

Not overly impressed if I'm honest. First time I'd ever been to a Nandos and don't really want to repeat it. Ordering food was a pain in the butt. I understand Covid restrictions have reduced the interaction with staff to the point you can't order face to face, which I didn't rate at all. The app wound me up, my partner had to reorder the whole meal. Food was good, though if I'm honest the crispy skin chicken wasn't crispy at all. No ice in the ice machine. But drinks were ice cold.

Fab to be back at the outdoor tables at Nando's Rushmere. Love the virtual queue, great service with a smile and of course the best chicken. Try the new visa xx hot sauce.

Did nando's on monday night. First time in the chain, great staff, excellent food, comfortable seats and a nice atmosphere. It was very busy but the staff took time to see the patrons were happy. Will be visiting again. Did a second visit 2nd Nov 2018. Another great meal and fab staff. Well worth a visit Back again June 2019, great new items on the menu. Great staff, very clean and amazing food Nando's is back! got takeaway tonight for tea (4th May 2021). The food is a good as ever, the staff were brilliant and so helpful. all the protocols for distancing were in place. You definitely should go back and try the service

Feed for 3 costed £40. Pretty tasty food and friendly staff. First restaurant that I’ve been to that u can refill your drink which is very good. Overall pretty good, I’ll definitely be back :)

I think nandos is highly over rated. We got a share platter 6 bits of chicken 2 bowls chips and they are small and small bowl of mashed potatoes, that is frozen. For £26.95. I could have easily eaten all of the platter on my own.

Service very slow and food, being kind here and saying, tepid. Order hot meal like chicken, chips and smash and you expect it hot not tepid at best. Perhaps service was so slow as our meal were sitting out waiting for server. I would have spoken to someone had they shown any interest but no-one asked. Nowhere near usual standard and was close to a 1 for food. A waste of money for poor quality tonight.

Unreal experience! Had a lovely time with my company, but MOULDY BREAD! The service was good and gave me a full refund, but I can't believe it left the kitchen!

The worst experience ever. Our first time in the chain and probably the last experience.We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Instead of a happy day it just turned out to be the worst. We ordered the boneless platter which as per description should be enough for two. The portion was pathetic. The meat was uncooked. When raised this concern with the manager she said the meat may be uncooked to us but it is cooked as they use industrial oven and as per them when they measured the temperature it was same as of a cooked meat. I thought she was just out of mind. The only thing that was good there was the lady who was waiting our table Juliana. She was just amazing. Nando’s was the worst decision ever to celebrate our anniversary. The manager didn’t even felt the need to apologise. I wish Juliana was the manager।

Food was lovely not much service as you order from your phone so the server only delivered food to table so no interaction with staff

Just been in to Nando’s Craigavon for lunch. We were in need of a cup of tea after spending the morning at craigavon hospital but the tea and coffee machine was out of action. The amazing manager went out to costa and brought us back three teas herself. Amazing customer service. And tasty food. Thank you!

Foods not bad. Saves me firing up the bbq but at same time I could make it better myself in the same amount of time for alot less money. Service is good but strange way to order food depending on how spicy ya want your chicken. Sauces they have aren't great either. Their coleslaw was the best thing that stood out for me plus the garlic bread was burnt and not great. I don't see what the big fuss is about nando's. You can create the same if not better food for alot less in your back garden on a bbq with sauces you actually use and like. Atmosphere was strange and extremely quiet. Was like eating in a library. All in all,, it was OK but doubt I'll eat at it again. Chicken slims beats them all 👌

Really good experience, especially for people with allergies! All staff really nice, especially the manager and the guy who served us (didn't get his name but had glasses and ginger hair). They cleaned everything before cooking to prevent any reaction, will definitely be back!

Floor manager has no idea what she is doing. Left waiting for 30 minutes on takeout in an empty restaurant. Food decent, but lukewarm as it was sitting for so long.

First time at a nandos, first of we were seated at someone else's table who had went to order, poor table management, staff were amiable enough though, then after using the app, it took around 45 minutes to get food, after eating at many other chicken based restaurants, the chicken here was very overcooked on outside, peri peri is decent, though small portion sizes of fries/sides and overpriced for what it is really. Also tried the vegetarian imitation chicken wrap, was bland and very dense, didn't even finish it. One of the benefits is refillable drinks which works out good value for money. If taking a group for a night out, honestly save yourself a few quid and get a bigger feed somewhere else.

Long wait for food to be served. Meal itself was fine. You can refill as much soft drinks as you like.

Had my first Nandos today at Rushmere centre and I have to say I wasn't that impressed. 1/4 chicken was a chicken leg at best. Very small portions and not great service. Also the Gelato was nice but the brownie was definitely past its best. We will not be returning

I ordered the grilled chicken pitta with crunchy slaw ( as advertised on the menu). Chicken arrived in pitta and nothing else. Dry and chewy. Pathetic offering not worth the money as hard to swallow. No-one came near our table to see if all was ok and eventually I got up and went to the kitchen area to ask a member of staff why there was only chicken in the pitta bread and no crunchy slaw. They'd run out but said they could add some salad inside it. I said it was dry and hard to swallow as was so, yes, salad would be a nice addition. My plate arrived back 10 mins later and the chips had been thrown back into the fryer and placed back on my plate. Not nice. Won't be back. Overpriced.
