A Day Trip to Lapland in December 2012 was atrocious. The destination was remote though it was not highlighted to be this, there was a lack of facilities no shops other than a corner in a restaurant which provided the same food on arrival as was on leaving and kids sat on the floor eating their food as the restaurant could not facilitate all the passengers on the plane. There was 3 toilets and one was overflowing a mess. No cash machine or credit card facilities and when we arrived at the airport we were ushered through the airport. Would not recommend this travel agent nor the Day trip to Lapland.

Terra Travel, Portadown is the only place I would book my holidays through...Sharon is fantastic, so knowledgeable and efficient. Goes way beyond her job description to keep her customers happy.
