Not enough staff and the staff are walking abt like it's a summer holiday. This is all down to the company they work for as they obviously don't care abt customer service. 1 person on the till and ten behind me whilst the other staff member hung up hats rather than serve. From now on I'm making sure I go to small local outlets.

Spent 15 mins trying to find a staff member to help and then 1st one I see says she doesn't help with shoes and to find someone else. Eventually get 2nd person who is reluctant to help and then tells me the shoes I'm looking for only go to 5.5 when I'm wearing a six. Very unhelpful staff compared to other Sports Direct Stores. Wouldn't rush back

Upstairs staff in particular on the till, i stood and waited while one girl dealt with a customer and the other girl decided to clear the clothing behind the till. When the other girl was free she went to walk away for the other girl under her breath to say 'are u not serving her?' then proceeded to snigger! Both girls felt it quite funny when i walked away. Disgusting behaviour for 2 staff members to behave towards a member of the public! I'll not be back to the Armagh branch, very disappointed indeed.

Open to 6 but close the doors at 15 mins to 6, The fella with the big head pretends he can't see you after looking directly at you through the door, Some blonde thing opens the door as tell me there's no point in coming in as tills close in 5 mins. Only wanted a pair of gutties. Gutted

Wouldn't answer the phone, drove 40mins to get a product only for them not to have my size. When I said to a staff member his response was 'our manager told us not to answer the phone as we don't have time to deal with customers on the phone' disgraceful store compared to Newry they always answer and will go out of there way to check a product for you. Also manager had airpods in and didn't care what I had to say just ignore me and walked away. Joke of a place.

Drove 40 mins to return an online order ....was told they couldn't accept it in-store BUT if I paid £5 for a return label I'd get to return it by post......il never shop in this store again

Asked the person at the door if they had a bathroom, she had airpods on and when addressed, she didn't even speak to me, just put up her hand as if to say 'talk to the hand'. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They have no student discount, which is miserly and the place is expensive as is. Won't be back.

Good enough shop with good bargains. Need's more staff out on the floor though helping with shoes etc. Waited 15mins til I got served and it wasnt even busy in the store.

If I could give less than a star I would, my brother and his family was shouted at and humiliated by a staff member in front of other customers. Staff was rude and has non sense how to deal with customers. Never going to shop there.
