Lovely staff, very attentive with not being pushy. A wide selection of perfumes, even ones you can't find elsewhere and accessories available. Nice and clean store and products easily displayed.

I called asking if they had any Britney Spears fantasy perfumes in stock and I called multiple times and they kept hanging up on me because of my American accent I was just trying to do something nice for my daughter by getting her perfume and I just hung up because I have an accent and the staff and especially the manager was extremely rude over the phone before hanging up

Not very helpful with order, took girl 20 minutes to get it from the back of the shop. I asked for it to be wrapped but refused when it has been done other years. Had to traipse into Castle court as it was not offered as a click znd collect option in the abbeycentre store. My son went into the Abbeycentre store to ask for bottle of michael kors sparkling blush perfume, as advertised on YOUR website, to be lied to by 4 members of staff saying it has been discontinued. Poor service and poor effort

Was here to buy my sister a bottle of perfume for her birthday, the assistants were lovey, they have a machine that prints whatever message you want on the the ribbon if getting it wrapped, so cool and the perfume was a good price too.
