Very pleased with the lady who welcomed us. Very knowledgeable, advised us on many things tortoise related 😊. Very friendly family orientated. The shop is small but it doesn't take anything away from how good the shop is. We are very satisfied customers

Animals were not properly cared for with the exception of one big tortoise. Their water was dirty with feces and the geckos were all kept together, which they should not be for they will hurt one another. Their products were all unpriced and the lady there didn't know the prices herself to begin with. Some products were also unsealed and opened already / dirty, but some were sealed and clean. They need to care for their reptiles properly.

Tony has great knowledge of all his reptiles. My wee boy got this first snake and Tony set everything up ready to take him home. Very pleased.

Hard to find didn't seem pleasant and didn't feel welcome at all wouldn't go bk as the lady just said what do u want we lelf quickly hopefully other people will have a better experience
